Cons:

Banheiro com chuveiro queimado, não tinha local no box para colocar sabonete e shampoo. Televisão não pegava nem os canais abertos. Dois dias hospedados aguardando resolver problema do chuveiro. Não recomendo.

Pros:

Acolhimento do check-in ao checkout, localização perfeita, café da manhã delicioso, colaboradores treinados e dedicados.

O hotel possui maleiro sem custo adicional, tornando um diferencial.

Cons:

O quarto possui alguns móveis desgastado pelo tempo, e falta manutenção nas portas das UH ( unidade habitacional). A pintura está bem precária, elevador antigo… Assim como todo imóvel precisa de manutenção, é bem notório a urgência!

Como precisei ficar só um noite em Fortaleza, OK, mas não ficaria mais dias.
Pros:

Localização boa, quarto bem grande.

Cons:

o quarto que ficamos bem antigo, com fios da tv pendurado na parede, a porta do frigobar com ferrugens e não fechava direito, o banheiro bem apertado com o teto super baixo. Hotel precisa passar por uma reforma e ficar mais atualizado, pela localização.
