Localização excelente, consegui ir andando até a praia de Iracema e arredores. A equipe extremamente atenciosa e super prestativos.

Sou cliente da Rede Andrade, Já fiquei em hoteis em Recife e Salvador e estava indo à Fortaleza pela primeira vez e escolhi um hotel da rede esperando que fosse semelhante aos das outras cidades, mas me enganei, o quarto em que fiquei parecia que ninguém dormia ali há anos, paredes, mofadas, infiltração, o chuveiro do banheiro dava choque, um caos.

Pros:

Fiz a reserva para dois hóspedes que chegariam dos EUA. Quando chegaram, um deles verificou que a cama era pequena para ele, e como não havia mais quartos decidiram ir para outro hotel. Daí houveram informações desencontradas, uma funcionária disse que caso preencherem um formulário, não haveria possibilidade de reembolso, quando fui.mais tarde avisaram que ele deveria ter preenchido. Outra coisa, não tive nem a oportunidade de fazer uso da reserva, mesmo eu tendo pago e eles terem desistido, um absurdo!
