Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Pros:

Habitacion bien el tamaño. Bien el baño. Linda vista. Confortable en general con excepción de los espacios para guardar la ropa.

Cons:

El placard era absolutamente insuficiente para tres personas. Muy incómodo !!! Falta capacidad para guardar las cosas. Tuvimos que dejar nuestra ropa en las maletas. No hay estantes. Es muy alta la barra para colgar la ropa. Eso lo tienen que arreglar urgente.

No geral a experiência foi boa. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.
Pros:

Localização excepcional. O funcionário Daniel merece ser promovido, extremamente atencioso, educado, gentil, e ao mesmo tempo muito profissional.

Cons:

Ficamos em um quarto próximo ao elevador e ouvia-se o “som” muito alto do sensor do elevador qdo alguém nele adentrava. Funcionários da limpeza barulhentos, falando alto nos corredores.

Pros:

Ótima localização. Bem próximo da feirinha e de fácil acesso para as principais praias da região. Quarto silencioso e com infra-estrutura segundo o esperado. Considero um bom custo benefício, sem grandes luxos, mas com qualidade ao longo da hospedagem.

Cons:

Achei a cama um pouco desconfortável e sofri um pouco nas primeiras noites. O café da manhã era ok, porém não apresentava grande variedade ao longo dos dias hospedado. Algumas opções sempre se repetiam e as indisponíveis seguiram indisponíveis.
