Eu presenteei meus compadres e seus filhos que iriam pernoitar em Fortaleza. No check-in todo mundo muito gentil e atencioso.

Cons:

Fui tomar café da manhã com meus hóspedes e juro que nunca vi tanta gente mal humorada, beirando a ignorância nas respostas durante o café da manhã. Minha namorada fez uma simples pergunta:" vcs fazem tapioca na hora?" E a resposta do Senhor de óculos que estava por trás do balcão externo , fora do ar condicionado foi: "tem tapioca a feita ali." Creio que um pouco mais de gentileza não custa nada. Já os hospedamos no Praiano, no Luzeiros e resolvemos experimentar o serviço do Hotel Beira Mar, mas acho que dei azar dessa vez.

A acomodação é confortável e agradável, proporcionando uma boa estadia. Um dos grandes pontos positivos é a localização, especialmente pela proximidade da feirinha da orla, o que facilita bastante o acesso a opções de lazer, compras e gastronomia.

O serviço do restaurante à la carte é bom, porém os pratos poderiam ser mais bem servidos em relação à quantidade. O café da manhã também poderia ter mais variedade de opções. No geral, foi uma experiência positiva, com destaque para o conforto e a excelente localização, mas alguns pontos poderiam ser aprimorados.

Amazing location, the best ocean view in Fortaleza!
Pros:

This hotel has the best ocean view in all Fortaleza, in my honest opinion. It is a smaller hotel with amazing staff and very comfortable rooms. I always stay at Beira Mar Hotel when I visit Fortaleza

Cons:

The breakfast items are nice and varied, but can be a bit monotone after a few days. Other than that, I love everything about this hotel!
