Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. Cons:

chuveiro nao esquenta adequadamente, em alguns horarios, nao esquenta nada. Televisão com muitos canais, no entanto sempre travando, seguidamente.

Para quem quer curtir a orla de Fortaleza e ir à feirinha, a localização é perfeita. O restaurante a noite é muito bom, com pratos e sucos saborosos e você pode ver o movimento da orla sem sair do hotel.

Cons:

O café da manhã, apesar de ser variado, não tem muito sabor, peguei um capuccino e estava ruim, aguado, e o bolo sem gosto, deixou a desejar. Cama muito macia.
