Pros:

Nice hotel with a fancy bar, just in the heart of cute town. You cant park just in front of it as the main square is closed for visitors on cars.

Cons:

Our room was a little away from entrance with long corridors and stairs here and there, while we asked for an easy access as one of the guests had mobility restrictions.
The check in could be a bit faster.

Viel net buiten aan onze verwachting.

Cons:

Wij zaten in een oud gebouw net onder het dak. Airco was verouderd en ontoereikend tegen de hoge temp.
Ramen verouderd en geen muggengaas.
Kamer was zeker aan renovatie toe.

Ich habe mehrfach versucht eine Rechnung für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt zu bekommen. Per Mail zweimal versucht, per Message über Booking und per Telefon, wo man mich nach der Begrüßung über 8 Minuten in der Leitung hat warten lassen. Eine Rechnung habe ich nicht bekommen. Nun kann ich mich wieder hinsetzen und einen Ersatzbeleg schreiben, vielen Dank

Prima verblijf vriendelijk personeel en een mooi locatie om Berg op Zoom te verkennen!
Pros:

Dit Hotel was aan het eind van een korte vakantie. is een mooi en prima hotel voor een aantal nachten. kamers zijn niet allemaal in het hoofdgebouw, maar dat is geen negatief iets, kamer voldeed aan de verwachting. Er was een prima ontbijt. De service is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is prima maar wel aan de prijs. de parkeer kosten zijn hoog maar ja dat is nauw eenmaal in een stad. :).
Plaatselijk is de tand des tijds het onderhoud aan het inhalen, nog niet storend maar wel aan de gang.

Amazing location right in the heart of town on the historic market square. Cosy attic room with comfortable bed. Very friendly staff.

Prachtige locatie, mooi hotel maar op details missers.
Pros:

Receptie zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

Airco in kamer zeer luidruchtig. Ramen kunnen niet open vanwege herrie van installaties vlak bij het raam.
Ontbijt buffet slecht aangevuld en duurde veel te lang. Kamer onderdelen aan renovatie toe. Zeer gladde douchecvloeren.
Schakelaar kamer bij deur werkte niet.
