Pros:

Pequeno almoço muito bom, atendimento excelente, boa localização (tem o bus 9 à porta para o centro) e quarto espaçoso. Ajudou a uma estadia em Enschede espectacular.

Cons:

The room cleaning service could benefit from some improvement. The cleaning service seems to have always been done in a rush and lacked attention to detail. Fresh towels were often less than the number of guests in the room requiring me to fetch from the front desk each time. Beds could have been made neater and sheets changed more regularly given the 10 day stay. The room did not appear to be vacuumed for the duration of the stay, if it was it was not done well. Shower drain was not cleaned properly and regularly. Overall this aspect needs some attention.

Ok, denn wir wussten, es wird nicht perfekt.
Pros:

Wir haben ein großes Zimmer bekommen mit einer ruhigeren Seite. Die Fenster konnte man öffnen und es war vorher gut mit einem Ventilator an der Decke gelüftet worden. Die Anbindung an den F35 Radweg ist super. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Für den Start unserer einwöchigen Radreise absolut ok.

Cons:

Die negativen Bewertungen hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit, ja, die stimmen, leider. Auch manches an der Inneneinrichtung könnte mal nachjustiert werden. Da ich das vorher wusste, waren wir gut darauf eingestellt und es hat uns nicht weiter gestört.

Charmantes Hotel, perfekt für Kurzreisen
Pros:

Urige Atmosphäre, teilweise ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (bei uns waren es die Fenster, die etwas geklemmt haben), aber alles sauber. Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist gut machbar. Freundliche Rezeption.
Es gibt eine Ecke, in der man sich Spiele leihen und den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Im Außenbereich befindet sich eine gute Gastronomie.

Cons:

Die Frühstücksauswahl fanden wir für den Preis leider zu übersichtlich. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
