A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Excellent well equipped Room in an ideal location. The attached bistro was a great option given the weather.

Cons:

Could have done without the 3am fire alarm on our first night!

we asked for a room at lower level, but apparently the staff didn't realize that even with the elevator, that they pointed out,some steps had to be dealt with. Not very convenient for our friend

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown. Nice clean room and bathroom.

Cons:

Fire alarm came on 3 am all of us were evacuated to street and finaly they realised it was a false alarm. This was not handled professionally at all. Otherwise all ok

Comfortabel in de stad
Pros:

Mooie ligging, goed toegankelijk, beetje verwarrend met de 2 soorten liften. En 2e lift is niet toegankelijk voor rolstoelen. Mooi oud pand tot modern hotel gemaakt

Cons:

Ik vond het lastig dat het douche water niet tegengehouden werdt door een wand of iets. En het toilet in de kamer die ik had zat los en kraakte heel erg als je erop zat. Alsof die van de muur zou vallen.

Ontbijt zeer goed en uitgebreid, mooie locatie midden in het centrum,zelfs tijdens koningsnacht geen geluidsoverlast :-)

Pros:

Alles. De kamer, het gebouw, de ontbijtruimte en het ontbijtbuffet, en bijzonder de op maat gesneden bereiding van de eieren.
En dan het diner met perfect wijnarrangement.
Gewoonweg vorstelijk allemaal

De bediening was in de brasserie was soms wat onervaren en langzaam

Boeking is op laatste moment geannuleerd door hotel ik had de avond er voor nog gebelt ter verificatie, toen was alles goed en de volgende ochtend net voor vertrek naar hotel toe boeking geannuleerd door hotel zonder communicatie of betaal mogelijkheid.
