Pros:

Beautiful historie entrance. Beautiful representation rooms. However apparently not for use by the guests. Hotel room was fine.

Cons:

Visitors are not warned in advance that driving a car to the hotel may cost you fines of 120€. The info was put on a poster only just outside the hotel - in Dutch only. This info should be sent to all guests in advance.

Net hotel in de mooie binnenstad, ruime kamer, lekker bed en eigen badkamer. Alles netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Stille kamer, geen rumoer uit hotel nog vanuit de stad.

Pros:

Prima hotel in het centrum van Leeuwarden. Het is gevestigd in diverse aan elkaar gekoppelde historische gebouwen, vanaf de receptie kan het dus een eindje lopen zijn naar de kamer. Het gebied is autoluw, parkeren kan in een nabijgelegen parkeergarage, de Fletcher geeft daarvoor uitrijkaarten met korting uit. Voordeel van het autoluwe gebied is natuurlijk dat het er erg rustig is, terwijl je toch maar op een paar minuten lopen van restaurants, winkels en musea verwijderd bent. We hebben een prima verblijf gehad en Leeuwarden is een prachtige stad om te bezoeken.

Prima voor verblijf van een nachtje, om de stad te verkennen.
Pros:

Locatie is top, middenin centrum. Ontbijtbuffet prima, uitgebreid buffet.

Cons:

In de badkamer is geen verwarming dus daar wordt het pas warm nadat er gedoucht is. In het halletje van de kamer (suite) is ruimte om je koffer neer te zetten en open te maken maar helaas is daar geen goede verlichting, dus iets zoeken in je koffer lukt dan niet.

Pros:

Uitgebreid ontbijt, op tijd aangevuld, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel in alle disciplines. Prima sanitaire voorzieningen.
Aandacht voor duurzaamheid. Duco is top. Locatie!

Cons:

Het zou prettig zijn als je toch eerst kunt uitladen bij het hotel, i.p.v. elders parkeren, naar hotel voor tijdelijke ontheffing, naar de auto, naar hotel, elders parkeren, naar hotel. Kan bovenstaande, vooraf, bij de reservering aan gegeven worden?
