Struttura centralissima. Avevamo la suite family al 3 piano. Ci hanno aiutato con le valigie. Suite come in foto. Magnifica! Pulizia ottima e cibo buono. Spa essenziale. Gradito il bagno con Jacuzzi e dispenser crema detergente e salviette struccanti. Colazione genuina, non eccessiva ma si poteva ordinare caffè omelette e altro. Viaggio in famiglia: ottimo per 5 persone!
Vicino al lago Braies.Non hanno compreso la card Dolomiti per accesso al Lago di Braies.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura è molto accogliente, curata e pulita, con un’atmosfera autentica e familiare. La posizione è ottima per visitare Villabassa e tutta la zona delle Dolomiti. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Anche la camera era confortevole e ben organizzata. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremmo volentieri!
De luxe en inrichting was erg mooi. Het zwembad was heerlijk. Het eten was lekker.
Kregen niet meteen de door ons geboekte kamer. We hadden een suite geboekt met 2 tweepersoons bedden. Maar kregen een kamer met 1 twee pers bed en slaap bank. Na enige discussie is dat opgelost. Wij wilde alla card eten, en werden naar het restaurant gebracht waar achteraf bleek alleen voor halfpension gasten bestemd was. Daar wordt erg moeilijk overgedaan een zeer gestreste mananager kwam duidelijk maken dat er regels waren en dat wij in het andere restaurant zouden moeten plaats nemen. Er was geen enkele redelijke uitleg aan hem te geven dat zijn eigen personeel ons hier hadden geplaatst. Was erg gênant. Achteraf bleek het wel onze vaste tafel voor ontbijt. Gelukkig was het andere personeel zo lief zich te verontschuldigen voor hem. De manager Christiaan heeft ons de hele week niet meer aangesproken of gegroet.

Κακή συντήρηση στο δωμάτιο με χαλασμένες κλειδαριές στις ντουλάπες, άλλαζαν σεντόνια κάθε 5 ημέρες. Το πρωϊνό φτωχό για 4στερο ξενοδοχείο, δεν είχαν ούτε στίφτη για χυμό πορτοκάλι, τους αγόρασα και τους το πήγα.

A comunicação pós estadia. Solicitamos fatura no momento do check out, tendo sido referido que enviariam a mesma por email. Até à data nada foi recepcionado, inclusive tendo deixado de responder as mensagens de solicitação.Muito pouco profissional!
The property is beautiful. We stayed in the 4th floor room which had a lot of space, two well-decorated bathrooms, and a lovely balcony. The bed mattresses are very comfortable. The pool was nice and refreshing. The breakfast was delicious each morning. You can tell the owners take pride in the establishment. Also it is in a great location with 2 mini-markets nearby and close to Lago di Brais and about 30 minutes to Misurina and Tre Cime.
We came during summer and were on the top floor. There is no air conditioning at all at that level and it was very hot. The only way to cool the room is to wait for the sun to set and open the windows. I asked the owner for fans but they didn’t have any. Also, there are no sheets on the beds, just heavy duvets which were too heavy for such warm weather.

Zona strategica per passeggiate e giri in bici, Camera comodissima e cibo squisito, personale gentile e accogliente, inoltre abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza di piscina e spa.

A lovely cozy hotel with a lot of character. We had a very big suite, with a balcony and a terrace. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool with whirlpool and sauna. Breakfast was great.
With no AC (like most hotels in the area), it was too hot and when you open the windows for some air you hear the church bells all night...
