Pros:

Avevo prenotato a Villa Toscana ma sono stato spostato presso "Il 9" (mai successo in precedenza, la spiegazione è stata che un cliente non volesse lasciare la stanza).
Mi hanno correttamente rimborsato 50€ al giorno ma "Il 9" è un albergo inadeguato per il 2021. Non si può spendere oltre 150 € a notte per andare in un posto del genere.
