Schönes Hotel mit komfortablen Zimmern an guter Lage. Ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt.

Cons:

Lärm aus der Umgebung (zum Beispiel ein richtig schlechter DJ, der in der Bar nebenan bis Mitternacht die Leistungsgrenzen einer scheppernden Musikanlage testet) und Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern (die Dusche des Nachbarn ist besser zu hören, als das laufende Wasser im eigenen Bad) haben das sonst gute Erlebnis leider etwas getrübt.

Pros:

Very clean, just as promised! The staff were really very friendly and service minded and did everything to assist and help whenever needed. The location is great, with ample choice of restaurants, coffee shops in the area.

Cons:

There is limited light to see really well by the writing desk as well as in the bath room, difficult for make-up. And although very well equipped, the power plugs were all hidden away, well down and made it difficult to plug in without having to go down on all four to reach. Same with the safe, far down in a corner at floor level - so difficult to see and had to go down and sit on the floor

Lovely hotel
Pros:

We are on our last night of 5 nights at Cloud 9 in Capetown.
Our initial reaction when we entered our room was it was so small after our last accom in Geigers Camp which was huge.
However, we have come to love our space here, even though it is tight.
Our bathroom is spacious, the bed is so comfortable, the double glazing blocks the outside noise and we feel very safe.
The upstairs bar and balcony is nice, but cold at the moment.(May)
The breakfasts have been amazing with plenty of fruit, cereal and hot dishes.
All of the staff have been exceptional and helpful.
We have felt safe in this area and the view to Table Mountain is great.
Have really enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you want something away from the madness of the waterfront or inner city.

Pros:

Cloud 9 is my absolute go to hotel in SA! TOP NOTCH from start to finish! The Staff, the rooms, the views and the food are all around incredible! I didn’t want to leave.!!
