Super Hotel, superb service.
Pros:

This is a super Hotel where all staff go the extra mile to make your stay so enjoyable. The location is first class, only a short walk to shops, galleries, bars, cafes and restaurants. The roof top bar overlooks Table Mountain and an Uber taxi to the V&A Waterfront takes around 10 minutes.
The food is superb and the room was perfect.
Thanks to Sheree, Natasha, Mabel and Shepherd for making our stay so enjoyable, plus everyone else who makes Cloud 9 so special.

Vriendelijk verblijf in een gezellige straat.
Pros:

Een comfortabele kamer met grote badkamer, echter aircondition werkte niet. Is na 2 dagen gerepareerd.
Mooi dakterras en prachtig uitzicht. Op de Tafelberg. De centrale ligging.

Cons:

Klein zwembad met onvoldoende ligbedden. Handdoeken werden onvoldoende bijgevuld. Nauwelijks of geen service voor een drankje, ook al gebruikte je de service bel.
Restaurant klein, dikwijls vol. Dan werd uitgeweken naar een apart ongezellig zaaltje.
Geen ontbijt buffet. Kant en klaar plateautje.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

Very nice hotel well located for exploring Cape Town. The roof top bar is well worth a visit in the evening for the spectacular view of Table Mountain and the city.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf in Kaapstad, maar wel aan de prijs.
Pros:

Prima locatie. Op veilige loopafstand tal van leuke winkeltjes en trendy restaurants. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Kamer erg klein terwijl deze fors aan de prijs was voor Zuid-Afrikaanse begrippen. Voor minder hebben we elders veel mooiere accomodaties gehad.

Pros:

Leuk, kleinschalig hotel op een goede locatie. Met Uber voor een paar centen overal naar toe maar ook restaurants in de omgeving. Hotel heeft zelf ook een prima restaurant. Ontbijt was soort van a la carte. Je kreeg een plank met lekkere koude gerechten en kon van de kaart daar nog wat bij bestellen.

Prima hotel op een centrale locatie met een zeer goede service. Parkeergelegenheid prima. Ontbijt was goed. Prachtige rooftop waar je helaas niet mocht ontbijten.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit bequemen Betten und super Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral und hat eine kleine Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick auf den Tafelberg. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem. Das Frühstück schmeckt super (hierfür genug Zeit einplanen, da der Service ein bisschen dauert). Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
