Pros:

The spa they had was very relaxing.

Cons:

The hot water would turn warm after about 20-30 min. For example, when my wife used it after me, she said the hot water was gone. That happened a few times.

Lovely boutique stay, with the best staff
Pros:

The staff all gave 110%, the amazing location had a view of Table Mountain, and everything down to the food had a real South African taste

Fabulous stay in Cape Town

Pros:

In a very nice area. A very comfortable hotel with lovely food. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Every morning a member of staff ( her name is Cherie I think) came round to check that everything was ok with the rooms and also to offer advice regarding things to do that day in the city, very nice touch.

Cons:

The policy of not changing towels daily was not adhered to by staff.

Lovely hotel in super area
Pros:

Our room was large, comfortable, clean, attractive decor and quiet. Really powerful shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. À la carte breakfast was very good. Great location, close to a good selection of boutiques, bars and restaurants and with great views from rooftop bar.

Cons:

Very small en-suite. The outside areas are looking jaded from the weather elements - could do with a lick of paint/varnish.
