Séjour de rêve.
Pros:

L'hotel est un petit bijou, l'emplacement parfait et on y mange très bien. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cet endroit magnifique.

La amplia y cómoda habitación

Cons:

La zona en el parquing de carga de vehículos eléctricos , no funcionaban como esperábamos, debido a la mala cobertura wifi en el mismo, no se podía conectar la aplicación.

hace muchos años que un hotel me impresiono tanto, en todos los sentidos. hotel precioso, y staff mas que amable y profesional. magnifico simplemente.

Cons:

por mucho que lo pienso, no hay nada que no me gusto. debo admitir que no hice uso de la piscina ni del desayuno. pero todo lo demás, perfecto.

L’accueil du personnel qui en plus d’une très grande gentillesse manifeste un véritable professionnalisme. Une écoute attentive des besoins du client et une réactivité sans reproche.

Rien à signaler. La perfection n’existe pas dans le système actuel. Il suffit de demander avec gentillesse et politesse et tout le personnel se met en 4 pour satisfaire de son mieux la clientèle

I could not have found a more beautiful hotel, it was perfect.
Pros:

Perfect location, as my daughter was in the dorms across the street. Lovely hotel. I was extremely pleased with everything!

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a lovely historical town. The room was clean and modern. The only issue is that the lights dont really make sense (you turn the w/c light on and it turns 2 other lights on) which is annoying in the night. We did lose hot water one night, the staff were very kind with their apology. We weren't told the spa was an extra cost and had to be booked. We wanted to visit the pool the evening of my partner's birthday but it wouldve been 40€ which I think is a bit steep. The outside pool is good with lots of seating and free drinking water, but there's a bit of a wasp problem and my partner got stung by one hiding in the grass. The breakfast was nice but not worth the price (IMO). The bar was reasonably priced and the seating area is lovely. Good location for restaurants, shops and the train station (40mins into Madrid city centre).
