Buen alojamiento en Alcalá. Mejorable atención previa a la llegada

Ubicación y amabilidad

Cons:

Remití un correo el día de antes de mi entrada a través de booking para indicar que haría uso del garaje. No recibí ningún feedback (algo esperable para un alojamiento de esta categoría) y por tanto no me avisaron de la calle en obras que dificultaba la entrada. Resultado: lluvia torrencial en el momento de mi llegada y retraso dando vueltas porque no quedaba claro por donde acceder.

Superbly positioned with very good facilities and very hepful staff
Pros:

All services that we have used were very good. Did not have breakfast there.

Cons:

A bit of walk to find your room but it is OK since it is used to be an old building

Está súper céntrico, las instalaciones son preciosas al igual que las habitaciones.

El desayuno riquísimo y tienen hummus y guacamole hecho, al igual que el café que no es el típico de máquina.
