Цена за завтрак очень завышена.
Так же у друзей в другом номере не работал ночью кондиционер, номер 43. Утром мы дали заявку на ремонт, но к вечеру он так и не был отремонтирован. Как мы поняли персонал просто забыл. Поэтому ремонт начался в 18:00 когда мы вернулись в номер. Но так и не получилось сделать кондиционер, поэтому нам дали другой номер.

Una hermosura conocer Alcalá de Henares, estando alojados en Parador.
Pros:

Todo maravilloso realmente! El edificio una belleza lleno de historia, con una habitación muy grande y bien equipada. Tiene una piscina muy agradable, espacios muy cómodos. El desayuno increíble de completo y con muchísimas opciones de comida. Pero lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad y profesionalismo de todo el staff del hotel. Trabajan con una predisposición admirable, te hacen sentir muy bien.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

El hotel es céntrico, la habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. El desayuno es muy bueno y completo.

Cons:

En temporada de verano cuando la piscina está abierta faltan chanclas de cortesía y una pequeña papelera dentro del baño (solo había una en el aseo).

Welcome to Alcala de Henares!
Pros:

The Parador is a few metres away from Calle Mayor where all the events are happening (We went during Alcala de Henares fiesta). The parador is a 4 star property and it showed in their facilities. The rooms in the basement was surprisngly lovely, i initially thought it would be an interior room, but the floor to ceiling window opens to a small rock garden.

There was a lovely "biblioteca" salon that is exclusive for guests where you can order drinks; and the courtyard is open to the public.

When we requested late check out - they offered 50eur extension for 6 hrs (until 18:00) or eat at their restaurant and they can give extension. This was a lovely thing, however it didn't fit our plans. It would have been good to stay a bit more and enjoy the pool area which opens only at 11 am.

Cons:

It is quite a bit of a walk from the train station - around 15 to 20 minutes, and if you have a bag, it might be best to take a taxi. There are taxis waiting outside the train station.

The swimming pool opens only at 11 am :(
