Sehr schönes Hotel, traumhafte Lage

Cons:

Inkompetentes Personal in Notfällen. Hier besteht Schulungsbedarf. Erwartungen an Customer Satisfaction wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Keinerlei Kulanz trotz beschädigtem Eigentum.
Das hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht. Wäre das Personal hier kompetent und zuvorkommender gewesen, hätte das Hotel eine 10 verdient.

Wassertemperatur viel zu kalt. Überteuerter Spa Bereich.

Emplacement génial, personnel très compétent
Chambre spacieuse, propre avec une vue à couper le souffle

Cons:

Le rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner ne me semble pas adapté
Manque quelques équipements à la salle de bain (sèche cheveux + brosse wc)

magnifique vue sur le roque nublo
Pros:

Une des plus belles vues depuis une chambre d'hôtel que nous avons pu observer au cours de nos différents voyages (il faut être une peu chanceux avec la météo, ce qui a été notre cas car dans les nuages cela perd beaucoup de son charme, je pense). Les chambre sont grandes et l'hôtel au niveau des paradores. Aucun regret pour un séjour en montagne, au centre de l'île.

Cons:

Restauration décevante pour un paradores et rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé.

An ideal base for those into hill-walking and hiking...overall nice for a one-night stay

Beautiful location... Rooms have beautiful view ... Breakfast is very very good

AT 35 euro for 1 hr to do the spa circuit couldnt afford it.... Thats 35 just to go around (no treatments)!!!!
