Negativo. Ci e stata assegnata una camera al primo piano in cui sotto le finestre avevano piazzato una postazione DJ che ha continuato a fare musica assordante fino alle prime ore del mattino. siamo riusciti a farli smettere alle 2 del mattino dopo vivaci proteste e minacce a ricorre alle forze dell'ordine. Alcune persone dello staff, arrogante, spocchioso e...bugiardo!. Prima colazione alquanto modesta con scarsa scelta non adeguata ad un 4 stelle.
Pulizie dei servizi non eccelse.

到着した時は結婚式セレモニーを行っている最中だったが、レセプションの対応が素晴らしかった。
夜は静かで心地よく眠れた。
Barの対応も素晴らしかった。

ho trovato una struttura senza anima , vuota , FERMA AGLI ANNI 70

la cordialità del personale certo non riesce a sostituire quello che la struttura NON HA !

insomma il prezzo NON GIUSTIFICA quello che manca alla struttura

Una villa molto accogliente e di charme, lontana dal centro abitato qualche minuto in auto e quindi risulta silenzioso e riposante. lo consiglio a chi cerca "quiete".

Villa Matarazzo - Oasi di tranquillità
Pros:

L'abergo, una villa completamente ristrutturata, si trova su un colle con vista sul castello di Gradara, ed è circondato da un parco. Accoglienza molto professionale e gradevole.
L'ideale per gli amanti della tranquillità, non adatto per chi ama soggiornare vicino al mare
