Die Lage ist ideal, da die Tram vor der Tür ist und alle Ziele so schnell erreichbar sind.
Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Teppich sollte durch Laminat ersetzt werden, das wäre auch für Allergiker besser.

Etwas bescheidenes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Brot schneidet man selber ab was kein Problem wäre, wenn eine Serviette über dem Brot liegen würde damit es nicht Jedermann/frau anfasst. Sorry aber das ist das Mindestmass an Hygiene. Als Alternative konnte man sich auch ein Brötchen nehmen. Das war jedoch nicht frisch sondern sehr zäh und gummig und kam wahrscheinlich aus der Verpackung vom Supermarkt. Ok, Vorteil, man hatte keine Brösel überall.
Opposite trams for all over Basel.had a nice terrasse for breakfast which was also very good.
Our room had inside horrible view but we were not in it alot. Our window store was broken, luckily curtains were dark.
