Excellent renovated hotel for easy access to public transport
Pros:

Excellent location near train station and outside tram and bus station.
Room was bright and has good space , bathroom size very comfortable. Was on top floor facing tram station but didn’t get any noise
Good air con in the hot days

Cons:

Need to lift suitcase up the stairs to reach hotel reception. No sloping path.
No kettle provided to make a cup of tea.

Cons:

Seifenspender sowie Duschgelspender leer. Mobiliar überaltert. Bedienung Terrasse nicht vorhanden, nach 20 Min. warten ins Hotel Schweizerhof gewechselt. Personal Frühstück: unfreundlich, Gäste sollten grundsätzlich immer begrüsst werden. Check-out: unterstes Niveau. Karte eingeliefert, das war’s! Wortlos seitens des Reception Desk. Eine Enttäuschung auf der ganzen Linie! Hotellerie und Guest Service geht definitiv anders.

Pros:

Wir kamen schon am Vormittag an und da die Zimmer schon fertig waren, konnten wir sofort einchecken. In einem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage ausgefallen und wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal! Die Lage gleich am Hauptbahnhof ist ideal, trotzdem ruhig auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas eng und man hat nicht viel Platz.
