Pros:

Tiene un estilo antiguo muy bonito y las vistas a la ciudad creo que son de las mejores que hay

Cons:

El personal, hay un problema de comunicación por que pedí unas flores y champán para mi pareja y me lo cobraron dos veces, tuve que reclamar pero lo resolvieron en segundos

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Bahnhof, daher ideal, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist und nicht mit dem Gepäck durch die stadt zum nächsten hotel fahren möchte
Frühstück ist gut
Es gibt live piano am Nachmittag zum Kaffee auf der Terrasse

Cons:

Daher ist es aber auch sehr laut
Und man kommt nicht umhin, die Klimaanlage laufen zu lassen

Pros:

we only stayed for one night because we had an early flight from Basel. The bed was very comfy. It was very cold tho in our room and we couldn’t figure out how to regulate the AC.

Cons:

There was an eyelash and hair on our pillow. probably from a cleaning lady.

Hotelul este poziționat în vecinătatea gării centrale,foarte ușor accesibil.
Camera curata,complet utilata. Salteaua și pernele fac toți banii :).
Domnul Malek de la receptie a fost foarte ospitalier și ne-a ajutat cu toate informațiile necesare. În plus,am primit și bilete gratuite pentru transportul în comun. Ii mulțumesc pe aceasta cale!

Das Bett war bequem und es hatte ganz viele Kissen .

Das Zimmer wurde zu stark klimatisiert - auch nach Angleichung war der "Kühlschrankeffekt" (trotz der Hitze draussen) nicht weggebracht. Am zweiten Tag war das Zimmer wieder bis auf den maximalen Wert gekühlt, was sehr unangenehm war. Das Zimmer war ringhörig, das Wasser floss trotz geschlossener Duschtüre auf den Flur des Bades, keine Lichtschalter in Bettnähe, schlechte Ausleuchtung des Zimmers. Für die Hotelkkasse hätte ich absolut mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war auf dem Niveau einer Jugendherberge.

Prima! Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage! Besser geht es nicht. Die Möglichkeit mein Auto in der Hoteleigenen Tiefgarage zu parken.

Cons:

Grand Hotel mit Charme und Klasse aber die Ausstattung war schon ein bischen in die Jahre gekommen
Teppichboden im Zimmer hatte viele Flecken. Badezimmer war sehr schön.
