Zentral und sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Renovationsbedürtige Zimmer. Klimatisiert aber regelmässig Geruchsbelästigung im Zimmer durch Zigaretten Rauch. Frühstück etwas mager in der Brotauswahl.

Die Mitarbeiter/-innen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die direkte Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich.
Die Betten waren zu weich.

Nice older hotel with great location
Pros:

We stayed two days as an extension before our river cruise with friends. An architecturally interesting older hotel (named after a famous locally born scientist) but with nice upgrades and amenities. The bathroom was updated with nice fixtures, the bedding was new and very comfortable, and I appreciated the in-room espresso. We were on the fourth floor and it was quiet. Personnel were all friendly and helpful. The location is great for getting on the local trams and trains and restaurants within easy and safe walking distance. I didn’t see any US electrical outlets in the room (not surprising) so bring your converter plugs. Breakfast buffet had many options and was good.

Very comfortable city hotel med AC!
Pros:

We got a room on the 4 floor, overlooking the tram station. 30 degrees outside and 22 in the room, lovely. Nice bathroom, beds have good night comfort and the pillows met our standard. We also got a free public transportation ticket so we could reach both city and the airport!

Pros:

Die Dusche war super. So eine Kopfdruckmassage hab ich mir schon lange mal gewünscht. Endlich waren die Haare mal richtig gespült.

Cons:

Es gab keine Rampe. Ich musste meinen Koffer die Treppe rauftragen und das ist für mich nicht so leicht.
