Great hotel, great people, a must place to stay!
Pros:

Hotel is within walking distance of train station and ferry port, and very convenient to restaurants as well. Hotel staff was wonderful to work with and went out of there way to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was continental style, and had a wide selection to choose from. Highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing we didn't like.

Perfect location.
Pros:

Breakfast is great. Staff is excellent. It’s a yearly stop for me . This is my starting point for my Italian vacations. Across from train station. Close to bus and ferry stops,
To me it’s a less touristy version of Sorrento.

Estancia confortable y buena ubicación

La ubicación, la comodidad de la habitación y el desayuno

Cons:

Reservé dos habitaciones con mucha antelación porque viajábamos 4 amigos juntos y nos dieron las habitaciones separadas una en el 3 piso y la otra en el 4 piso y ante nuestra petición no nos ofrecieron las dos juntas porque nos dijeron que el hotel estaba completo, algo que creemos podían haber tenido previsto antes de nuestra llegada.
El baño de una de las habitaciones no tenía suficiente presión de agua en la ducha.

Excellent location, close to the port for exploring the Amalfi Coast, near the train station, several restaurants, a market, and shops nearby. Spacious and comfortable room.
I loved that they left several bottles of water in the mini-fridge and there was no charge.

Cons:

They could put up a sign letting people know they have scrambled eggs for breakfast; we only found out we needed to order them on the last day, when we were leaving.
