La sérénité et le professionnalisme bienveillant de l équipe
Le côté un peu vide de l hôtel à ce moment
This hotel is so far from a 5 star its difficult to know where to start. Reception staff were friendly and helpful but that was the end of it. Location is so far out of town, sitting on a dual carriageway - it feels more like an airport hotel. This would not be so much of an issue if there wasn't a chronic lack of taxi's in the town - the reception staff admitted it was an issue. Rooms are very dated and run down, bedding was clean but beds very uncomfortable. When it comes to catering, the cafe staff just stand and look at you when you go in to stand at the counter and are none too friendly. Dinner on the night we were there was a special put on for the Iron Man event being held the next day. It was like Faulty Towers, half an hour between courses, very limited menu with not a vegetable to be seen - like a very poor canteen, only 2 members of staff working who looked like they were about to have a nervous breakdown. I tried 24 hour room service the next evening to initially be told all that was available was pizza, they then said i could have anything on the menu as they did actually have someone to cook, food was acceptable but the glass of red wine undrinkable. Two mornings in a row I had no lighting in my room and as the bathroom had no windows I had to get ready by the torch on my phone - I reported this as soon as it happened but clearly no fix - all I got on the second morning when I was checking out was 'oh sorry about that'. I had to rely on the hotel I was moving to in San Sebatian to arrange a transfer taxi for me as it appeared impossible from this hotel.
There is nothing good about this hotel.
it was alright
that I was charged for water in the room and asked for a banana when I left and was told I would need to pay.
Pretty pathetic i couldn't be given a free banna for hwo much i spent with them!
