Ein wunderbares Hotel zum Relaxen u d Entspannen! Wir kommen gern wieder!
Pros:

Eigentlich alles! Das Personal einfach durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein aber sehr fein, der Garten schön, das Restaurant für das Abendessen hervorragend.
Die mietbaren Fahrräder sind gut.
Insgesamt ein Ort, an den man sehr gern zurückkommt. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es Luft nach oben. Die Auswahl an herzhaftem könnte größer sein ( Wurst, Käse). Rührei und Bacon sowie Pancakes sind meist nur lauwarm bis kalt.
Auch bei Müsli und Joghurt sowie Säften ist die Auswahl begrenzt.
Das passt leider nicht zum weiteren Niveau des Hotels und Restaurants.
Die Abendkarte ist klein und fein. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ist die Auswahl ggf. nicht umfangreich genug.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar helaas en geen aanrader.

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd; ruime keuze en goede kwaliteit.

Het eten in het restaurant was goed.

Cons:

Tijdens de eerste nacht is tot tweemaal toe het brandalarm af gegaan: eerste keer rond 22.30 en tweede keer rond 02.30.

Op beide momenten schrik je je kapot en ben je volledig uit je ritme.

De volgende dag hebben wij hierover navraag gedaan bij de receptie en hadden hiervoor graag een excuses in enige vorm wel op z’n plaats gevonden - voor een tweedaagse accommodatie prijs van €540.

Tijdens het gesprek met de receptie werd ons verteld dat meer mensen beklag gedaan hadden, maar dat het helaas kan gebeuren. Er was iets van in de keuken gebeurt. De dame in kwestie vond dat daarmee de zaak af was en bracht het op zodanige manier dat wij eigenlijk niet zo moesten zeuren. Het kan voorkomen en daarmee uit. Een klein gebaar zoals een drankje aan de bar had een groot verschil gemaakt naar ons toe; de houding van het personeel in deze was totaal onprofessioneel.

Daarnaast lag onze deluxe kamer aan de voorzijde van het hotel. Langs de drukke weg. Het verkeer is duidelijk hoorbaar. Daarbij hadden wij de pech dat er een harde wind direct op onze hotelkamer stond waardoor het geluid van de wind zeer aanwezig was en ramen niet open konden tijdens het slapen.

De kwaliteit van de inrichting van de kamer was prima. Maar helaas de ligging - gegeven ook het weer - helaas een stuk minder. Ook hier voor €270 per nacht verwacht je iets meer van een welness hotel.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut viel Auswahl und gleich immre wieder aufgefüllt.
Das Deluxe Zimmer sehr großzügig und sauber

Cons:

Was uns erstaunt hat, war das wir die Sauna extra bezahlen mussten war so nicht angegeben zumal der Pool Wellness Bereich frei war.
Auch das wir beim Essen z.B. Brot nachbestellt haben weil es nur eine halbe Scheibe gab und dafür 2,50 Euro auf der Rechnung hatten, fanden wir für das Preis-Leistungs-verhältniss nicht okay.
