Établissement bien situé et au calme, je recommande

Accueil trés agréable et professionel a la réception. Chambre propre jolie qui sentait bon, petit balcon derrière les arbres au 1er etage. En revanche, le service du restaurant a ete decevant, je viens pour la premiere fois et pas de présentation du type de repas proposé qui est un menu unique, personnel qui ne sait pas présenter les plats cuisinés ni les vins, service lent. Heureusement, agréable musique d'ambiance.

Schönes familiär geführtes Hotel, tolle Anlage in guter Lage 12-15 min zu Fuß zum Top-Strand in Biscarosse Plage, gute Sauberkeit, sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet und gutes Abendessen dass auf der schönen Restaurantterasse eingenommen werden kann, Nettes Personal, ansprechend gestaltete Zimmer

3-Bett Zimmer war sehr klein, im Zimmer weder Kühlschrank noch Minibar, auch im Restaurant tagsüber eher eingeschränkte Möglichkeit um Etwas zu trinken, morgens beim Frühstück fehlten an mehreren Tagen ausreichend Tassen, Teller, Gläser, damit alle Gäste das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet direkt nutzen konnten.

Trotz dieser kleineren Mängel würden wir wiederkommen, da es ein sehr schönes Hotel ist, um ein paar Tage am Atlantik Sonne, Sand und Meer zu erleben.

Hinweis für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität: das Hotel (2 Etagen) hat keinen Aufzug

Bel emplacement calme. Chambre : éviter de choisir avec terrasse : laquelle est minuscule et sous pente du toit de l hôtel. Étouffant exigu et aucun intérêt pour l exploiter. Seul un fumeur y trouvera un intérêt.
Couloir et SdB très petits.
Absence de mini bar et de bouilloire dans la chambre : quel dommage. Donc à éviter en plein été ou prévoir de venir avec une glacière.
Hôtel pour une nuit : correct mais j ose pas imaginer une semaine en plein été !

Nice Hotel, but they charged me a security deposit of the whole value of my stay on top of my stay charge. Never happened to me before, not very impressed, they denied doing so even when presented with reference charge details from my bank. Did not receive the refund until two weeks after.

Very nice hotel with friendy staff and within a short walk of the beach & seafront restaurants.

Hotel calme, restaurant excellent, personnel excellent et ambiance cosy.

Hotel was just a bit too far from the centre of the resort to comfortably stroll back after our evening meal. Adequate free parking was a bonus

Short overnight stop on a cycling tour. Hotel has a large secure shed for storing cycles which is a really useful facility.

Very family-orientated or for people wanting to stay in one location for a longer period of time. The room - or rather apartment - was large and clean, the sofa comfortable but the beds very hard. It was great having a little kitchenette and fridge for a few days. We were a little daunted by the high security deposit and the full inventory checklist for the mere 2 days we were staying. The swimming pool was closed for the season :(

We had peaceful rooms with balconies that overlooked the garden with its antiquated crazy golf, view of pine trees, constant singing of birds and a red squirrel swishing about. Might be a bit hot in the summer with no air conditioning, but in April it was lovely. The sea is very close although you can't actually access it, but this is because of the enormous dunes, a feature of Les Landes. Went down to Biscarosse Plage, very close, for jumping about in the waves. Plenty of cafes. Vegetarian food is virtually unkown in Les Landes, but the hotel can rustle up pasta with pesto or tomato sauce if asked. Dining room pleasant, food good, staff helpful. The area is full of beautiful, unspoilt nature; good picnicking and paddling (we almost swam!) at Biscarosse Lac du Sud, and of course the amazing Dune du Pilat, the highest sand dune in Europe.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. It is a very safe place. It is an Eco hotel, so you must provide your own toiletries unless you want to use the generic hair and shower gel. There are no laundry facilities, so you must go into town to the laundry. Meals in the restaurant are served only at specific times, so you must fit your schedule to theirs. The picnic lunches provided are very good. There is no ventilation in the room except tom open the door to the balcony so the room can be very stuffy. After being here 2 weeks, we would stay again, but would not pay 1/2 board so we would have other dinner options In town. The food in the restaurant is very good, but we like variety.

Ok for one nights stop,breakfast not much choice at all found better breakfast at budget travel lodges, when traveling through out france.
