Super Lage - wir kommen (immer) wieder <3
Pros:

Super Lage, nette Kellner und Servicepersonal, Einzelzimmer war gut mit grossen Bett - alles hat funktioniert und geklappt. Essen und Kaffee im Hotel sehr lecker, gute Weinkarte, faire Preise. Je nach Festival oder Event, ist man genau in der Mitte des Geschehens, falls man das mag.

Cons:

Check-in war zu lange..... Sprachbarriere (obwohl wir Englisch, Italienisch und Deutsch sprechen), falsche Tourismusabgabe verrechnet, Datenerfassung musste jeder von uns einzeln nochmals eingeben (obwohl wir schon oft im Hotel waren)... war alles ein bisschen chaotisch aber evt war Receptionspersonal gerade in der Pause und wurde nur vertreten. Könnte man vereinfachen, auch fürs Personal.

sonst war alles sehr gut bis auf das lärmige Zimmer

Es war alles Super musste das zimmer wechseln weil das andere sehr lärmig war

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker- es konnten frische Eierspeisen ohne Aufpreis dazubestellt werden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel klar weiter. Das Hotel hat uns auf Wunsch von uns zwei Decken zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Cons:

Ich denke es ist gut zu wissen, dass bei den King-Size-Betten eine Decke zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

Pros:

Un hotel davvero carino, tutto era pulito. Avevamo una camera familiare. È una stanza grande divisa da un armadio enorme che arriva quasi al soffitto. Ci sono due letti enormi, ciascuno largo 2 metri. Tutto è confortevole e pulito, proprio nel centro di Locarno. Caffè gratuito sulla terrazza al mattino.
