Fairytale views

Outstanding! Loved it!
Pros:

The staff, including owners Daniel and Sandra, were so welcoming. They provided impeccable instructions to navigate the train/bus/gondola to the hotel. The views of the "Swiss Skyline" from our recently renovated room and the hotel were stunning. I felt like I was a guest in someone's home.

Cons:

Self service paid laundry could use better directions.

This long-standing hotel has been beautifully renovated and is kept spotlessly clean. Between the excellent facilities and the amazing restaurant, we had an absolutely perfect holiday experience. The rooms offer stunning and magnificent views of the Alps.

desayuno normalito, hotel un poco alejado del teleférico,

A mi llegada en el checking me atendió una señorita muy amable, una cosa a tener en cuenta te cobran impuestos de "turismo" a pesar de haber pagado online la estancia mas los impuestos municipales.
Pero en el check out estuvo una señora de cabello corto muy poco amable me ve en la ventanilla me mira y se gira a seguir con sus cosas de papeleos , luego de esperar me atiende y siempre con la cara seria de enfado quizás amaneció de mal humor ese día, pregunte si podía dejar mi maleta y me dice "si déjalo ahí " en un salón que esta al lado de la recepción sin seguridad porque esta abierto a todos , le vuelvo a preguntar es seguro y dice si , lo tuve que dejar y solo estaba mi maleta ahí al lado de la chimenea a la vista de todos . al regreso nadie estaba cuidando el ingreso podían haberse llevado fácilmente las cosas , tuve que llamar para decirle que iba a recoger y viene otra señora y le pido el aseo y me contesta que vaya a la estación del teleférico, llegaba menos mal la señora seria y con cara de pocos amigos y le hizo una seña diciendo que estuve de huésped y recién me señala el servicio higiénico. desayuno dentro de lo normalito para el precio que se paga. no volveré a este hotel no me gusto la atención de las personas al cliente. Ojala sirva mi comentario para que aprendan a mejorar la atención a las personas. gracias

Pros:

Stunning views, extremely clean, beautiful decor and have I mentioned….. the views!
Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. A kettle is provided and appreciated. Fabulous breakfast and efficient, friendly staff.

הכול - המיקום , הניקיון ברמה של מלון 5 כוכבים , האדיבות של הצוות ומעל הכול - הגברת קלאודיה מהקבלה שעשתה הכול שנרגיש טוב .
הנוף ממרפסת החדר מול האיגר מהמם ביופיו וההסקה בחדר טובב מאוד .
ארוחת הבוקר קונטיננטלית ++ ומצויינת.
תמונות המלון אוטנטיות ומתאימות וההקפצה עם הציוד לתחנת הרכבל סייעה רבות.
תודה רבה , ממליצים בחום ומקוים לשוב .
