Overall a pleasant experience
Pros:

The premium rooms were just as described and facing the mountain. It was quiet and very clean. We would stay again. It was a lovely hotel.

Cons:

Everyone was wonderful and provided excellent service, with one exception. We had an unpleasant experience with a lady with a long ponytail who was working in the restaurant.

It was around 7:30 in the evening, and we simply asked if we could sit in the restaurant area and have a couple of drinks. We had eaten there the night before and spent over $350 on our meal, in addition to purchasing two premium rooms at the property. Unfortunately, her response was very gruff and unwelcoming, and she made it very clear that she did not want us sitting there.

We were surprised and disappointed by the interaction, especially considering how much we had enjoyed the property and the wonderful service from everyone else. We hope this was an isolated experience, as the rest of our stay was very positive.

Truly the floor to ceiling windows and balcony views of the mountains make the whole visit a 10+. So memorable!!

The unbelievable mountain view, of course! Nice modern bathroom with tub! Friendly staff.

Extremely clean, modern, and comfortable hotel with epic mountain views
Pros:

Epic mountain views from balcony as well as the breakfast room. Breakfast offerings were very good and fresh. Eggs were offered whole where you boiled to desired temperature.

Cons:

Possibly eggs offered cooked in other ways. Very minor was the clutter of luggage that occupied the lounge area when guests checked in/out either early/late
