The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was perfect because it was only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The area was rather quiet. The staff was great and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. Highly recommend! :)

Above the bed there is a very low ceiling slope against which I hit my head hard three times until it bled.
The owners should think about the safety of their clients and their reputation: for the safety of their residence - 0
The locations was very central and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the cathedral and also the old town were you can find restaurants, shops and beautiful buildings and lovely fountain.

I could not take a shower during the whole three-day stay in winter due to lack of warm water
The shower water wasn’t hot enough in the bathroom.
The towels were very poor quality.
The room was warm & clean.
The hotel is just outside the old town in a quiet area. Its in easy reach of the bus and train stations so handy for public transport. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and was very warm, useful in December. Security is excellent. Excellent value with friendly staff.
