Hotel Croux

Hotel was clean and well tended. Location close to the historic centre of Courmayeur and the Dolonne ski lift made it the perfect place to stay.

Il parcheggio privato è comodissimo, in quella zona di Courmayeur infatti sarebbe stato molto difficile trovare un posto pubblico comodo.

Hotel atendido por los propios dueños. Ellos y su personal son extraordinariamente amables. Muy buena ubicación. Muy recomendado. Hay que advertir que las camas de nuestro cuarto (con dos camas) son pequeñas y, por tanto, incómodas para personas muy grandes. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Our stay at Hotel Croux was exceptional. The location is perfect—steps from the main bus stop and a quick 5-10 minute walk to all restaurants and shops. The property provides ample free parking and is spotless, featuring beautiful, newly renovated rooms with natural wood accents. The rooms are spacious with large closets, excellent shower water pressure, and generous storage.

The amenities are fantastic: a free ski shuttle, a large pool table, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. These are all complimentary, simply requiring a quick reservation to ensure availability. The ski storage room even includes convenient boot dryers—there is truly nothing missing here.

The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality items, made-to-order eggs and crepes, local charcuterie, freshly baked cakes, croissants, muffins, etc., etc., and a coffee machine capable of crafting every drink imaginable.

Above all, the staff at Croux are incredible. Every team member—from the receptionists to the breakfast staff and our shuttle driver—was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional, often switching between multiple languages with ease. They were always available to answer questions and went out of their way to assist us and our friends with reservations, tickets, and transportation.

Our second time at this hotel and just reminded us of why we came back. The location and general comfort and convenience plus the very friendly and helpful staff were probably the best assets of this establishment. When we needed help arranging a transfer for our daughter from Turin, the desk manager sorted it in a flash at 75% of the best online price. Top bloke!

Such an excellent hotel, lovely staff, location and very cozy. Sauna and a full gym are definitely a big plus!

Facility is super clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff will cook eggs and bacon, as well as the buffet having a full complement of meats, cheeses, fruits, etc.
