Nie można płacić kartą. Malutki pokoik, skromne śniadania. W łazience nie ma gdzie powiesić albo położyć ręcznika, pozostaje pokrywa muszli.

The place was untidy and unclean. I will let my photos demonstrate. There were stains on the bedding, the carpet, curtain and handprints on the mirror (of what I noticed). There was dust on the drying rail, hairdyer and tissue box in the toilet.
They are listed as a 4 star hotel and this is what they provide. The duvet cover had holes in it, the bedding was not fitted properly. They list "free toiletries" but what they provide is just soap to wash hands with and a 2 in 1 body/hair wash bottle.
There is no bin in the bedroom and no tissue box - this is the very basics for a four star hotel, but they will say to you "it's not listed on their booking.com page" so you should not be expecting it.
When they ask you if you were happy with your stay and you tell them there was stains everywhere and it was untidy for a four star hotel, they will reply "You should open your own hotel since you are such an expert". "Why did you not book a 5 star hotel instead?". When you show them photos of the state of the room they will give you a look of disdain. By the way, we arrived at 11:30pm after touring the city so we just wanted to go to sleep instead of complain and cancel. The area is hard to get to unless you come by taxi, it is about 10 min drive to the city centre. The area is also a bit rough looking. The actual hotel is not like the photos and the 4 star rating.

Lokacija je malo nezgodna, samo zbog toga jer se mora hodati uzbrdo nekih 15-20 min do hotela od najblize stanice.

Man betaler for et 4-stjernet hotel, så burde være en standard, at der skulle være kaffebar på alle værelser. Det burde også være en standard, at man kan bestille rengøring hver dag!

Der burde være et glasdør mere ved badenichen, når man tager bad bliver hele badeværelset vådt og når der ikke er daglig rengøring, når går man rundt på det våde gulv!

Morgenmaden var skuffende. Jeg råder værten til at rejse rundt i verden og få inspiration til, hvordan en morgenmads buffet ser ud, når det er et 4-stjernet hotel!! Det var rent ud sagt skuffende.

Selve værten var ikke smilende. Jeg følte, at han hele tiden var efter os. Vores 1,5 årig barn sad på gulvet under morgenmaden, hvor han beder os om at flytte ham - slap af!
Vi blev sat af vores bil foran hotellet og bilen skulle egentlig køre videre - igen kommer værten med er samme og siger, at vi ikke må holde der, hvor vi forklarer, at bilen kører igen og vi ikke har tænkt os at parkere, men blot at sætte os af.

Vi var ude i byen og kom tilbage på hotellet omkring kl. 22 om aftenen, hvor værten nærmest var sur over, hvorfor vi kommer så sent

My stay at this apartment/hotel was extremely unpleasant. There were many mosquitoes and bees inside the room, making it very uncomfortable and difficult to stay there. I was particularly concerned because I have allergies and experienced reactions to insect bites.

When I asked the receptionist to help solve the problem with the mosquitoes and bees, the situation became much worse. The receptionist appeared to be drinking alcohol at night, and instead of trying to help, he became confrontational with me. He told me that if I did not like the situation, I could leave the hotel immediately.

What was especially upsetting was what happened afterward. I did not ask for my reservation to be cancelled, but the reservation was cancelled anyway. My credit card was also charged. From my perspective, this put me in an extremely difficult position: I was being told to leave while at the same time facing a cancellation and charge that made it harder for me to simply move to another accommodation.

I expected the staff to address the insect problem professionally and provide a safe and comfortable room. Instead, I experienced insects in the room, an aggressive and unprofessional interaction with the receptionist, an unwanted cancellation, and a charge to my card.

Breakfasts could be slightly more varied, but it's a minor detail.
