Мы прекрасно провели время в Сараево и остановились в этом отеле. Это семейный отель, номеров в отеле не так много. Каждому гостю уделяется особое внимание и забота. Нам бесплатно предоставили номер классом выше, чему мы были приятно удивлены. В номере есть все необходимое - тапочки, полотенца, постельное белье было идеально белого цвета. В ванной стояли итальянские гель для душа и мыло с невероятным ароматом, и это очень порадовало меня как фаната всего итальянского. В номере был балкон с невероятным панорамным видом на город Сараево. Завтрак был очень насыщенным и вкусным, мы остались довольны. Хотела бы особенно поблагодарить за заботу и теплый прием Бенджамина. Он был очень добр к нам во время нашего пребывания, а позже позволил нам перед нашим отъездом в аэропорт оставить вещи в отеле после нашего приезда из Черногории. Очень приятно и любезно! Мы остались довольны, обязательно рекомендую отель к посещению, если хотите провести прекрасный уикенд в столице Боснии и Герцеговины 🇧🇦

Good location, good view, good staff, good food.
Pros:

The hotel is on a hill above Sarajevo, not far from the airport, and offers a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous. There was no door on the shower as the drain was beneath the sink, meaning the whole bathroom acted as a shower. Complimentary buffet breakfast was served in the cafe on the first floor, with a good variety of fresh meats, eggs, pastry, fruit, pickled vegetables, desserts, and a variety of coffees. The front desk provided us with a map of Sarajevo, highlighting areas of interest for tourists. Slippers were provided in the room, as well as cups, tea, bottled water, instant coffee packets, and an electric kettle. We stayed only one night, but would gladly return.

Cons:

The coffee cups in the room were dirty when we arrived.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in Sarajevo war wirklich großartig. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, modern und die Lage perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei jeder Frage unterstützt. Die Zimmer waren ruhig, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Sarajevo besucht.

Cons:

Frühstück war leider nicht so vielfältig aber ausreichend.

The location is good the view is so nice, the guy Benjamin is very helpful as a guide and gave lots of critical advises for places

Cons:

First that was one time but destroyed my all budget plan one day ago my travel, they told me to pay cash which was unexpected. He made discount in against taxes but as a result paid as cash. They should have normally put tea boxes in the room but due to lackage of tea, we got it from the reception desk and as a result they charged tea to us, it was unbelieveable for me. Except one guy the remaining staff doesn't know english so the support was limited at that time. Also, the bathroom isn't comfortable to take shower.

Lepo urejen družinski hotel, na lepi lokaciji, malo distanciran iz samega centra.
Zelo prijazno osebje, ki poskrbi za dobro počutje, ponudi zelo uporabne nasvete za oglede po mestu. Pester samopostrežni zajtrk. Varen parkirni prostor.

Cons:

Kljub temu, da je bila navedena opcija plačila s kartico, to ni bilo možno, samo gotovina.
