The Hotel Les 2 Clefs consists of two 3-floor buildings. One of the buildings is serviced by a elevator.

Wat een sfeervol gezellig typisch Frans hotel! Eeuwenoud pand (dus geen lift), gastvrije ontvangst en waanzinnig ontbijt (zelf eitjes koken, alles erop en eraan, zelfgemaakte taarten erbij, heerlijk brood en heel veel keus), de fietsen konden in een afgesloten schuur. Ondanks historisch pand een brandschone kamer. Heel knus!
Ik kan niets bedenken. Wij gaan hier nog eens terugkomen.
The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Open and private atmosphere. Breakfast was good. The room was good. It was in the second floor of an very old house without elevator, but no problem for me. The most time it was very quiet. The house is a beautiful historic building. The living room or lobby is a spacious lightful area with a fancy original and very tasteful furniture. Other parts of the hotel are newer I guess but fitting well to the ensemble. There is a nice court where you can sit outside with many plants. No problem to get a parking place for my car.
Meowing of cats until 1 am and in the early morning. For my luck this was only on my last day. Also on the last night I had room neighbours which were a bit loud.

Das Frühstück war ein echtes Erlebnis in einem sehr schönen Ambiente mit einer sehr vielfältigen Auswahl unterschiedlicher Angebote, ausgesprochen lecker und mit vielen regionalen Speisen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und können das Frühstück uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Sehr positiv war auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das Angebot kostenfreier Pkw-Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels sowie die Einzigartigkeit der Inneneinrichtung im gesamten Hotel mit Exponaten aus vielen Ländern der Welt.

Hôtel des Deux Clefs was one of the highlights of our trip to Alsace. The building itself is beautiful and full of character. Walking through the hotel feels like stepping back into the Middle Ages, while still offering all the comfort and convenience expected from a modern hotel.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of high-quality local products. We also appreciated the hotel's restaurant recommendations, which were carefully curated and turned out to be some of the best dining experiences we had in the Alsace region.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The outdoor courtyard area is cozy and relaxing, making it a lovely place to unwind after exploring the town.
The location could hardly be better. The hotel is situated right in the center of Turckheim, within walking distance of award-winning restaurants, local markets, and the starting point of the famous Night Watchman tour. It is an ideal base for exploring both Turckheim and the surrounding Alsace wine region.

This hotel is stunning. Location was brilliant. Staff were great. Breakfast top notch! Simply can not fault it. A very friendly cat or two to make friends with too.

Mir gefällt das Ursprüngliche. Viele wird neu und modern. Die Stimmung im Haus ist entspannt. Der Garten mit den vielen Pflanzen ist extra schön und wirkt auf mich einladend. Als wir beim Frühstück sassen, konnten wir beobachten, dass fast alle die vorbeischlenderten stehen blieben und schauten. Ich galaube die sagten zu sich..... da will ich auch mal hin. 😊
Hervorragend gelegen und kreativ eingerichtet, schöne Kombination von "Alt und neu". Sehr flotte Bedienung und hohe Freundlichkeit. Hervorragendes Morgenbuffet mit genügend grosser Auswahl.
