L'amabilité du personnel au desk d'accueil et au bar
Nous avons prévenu de notre retard lié à l'annulation de notre vol, aucune réponse et annulation de notre réservation pour no show. Piscine extérieure en rénovation et aucune alerte n'a été donné par rapport à cela. Par ailleurs, on nous a dit que le SPA était payant étant donné qu'on avait réservé via booking.com

Ok, aber hätte es anders erwartet und geplant

Hotel ist schön, Lage auch gut, Frühstück super

Cons:

Ich hatte das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen dem Pool gebucht und deshalb auch mehr bezahlt. Der Pool war leider eine einzige Baustelle und nicht nützbar. Es wurde eine Alternative angeboten in ein Partnerhotel 6 min entfernt den Pool zu nützen, das machten wir auch, aber trotzdem war mir der Preis dann zu hoch. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Rabatt wurde nicht geantwortet, auch Booking kümmerte sich darum und ich musste den vollen Preis zahlen. Booking hat mir dann von sich aus einen Rabatt überwiesen. Finde ich nicht ok, die Baustelle nicht zu kommunizieren und dann den vollen Preis zu verlangen.

Desgraciadamente nada.

Cons:

Cogimos este hotel para pasar una noche antes de embarcar en nuestro crucero. En ningún momento avisan de que la piscina está vacía y fuera de servicio. Como alternativa, te envían a otro hotel para poder utilizar una piscina, lo cual resulta bastante incómodo.
Además, las chicas de recepción fueron poco educadas y no ofrecieron una atención adecuada.
Poco más que añadir. No volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
