Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. A fuir !

Pas grand chose...

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner faiblard, emplacement lointain, isolation nulle (on entend tout ce qui se passe ailleurs), suppléments pour le "centre de bien-être", y compris le sauna ainsi que la piscine. Piscine extérieure fermée.

Qualité des services et équipements.

Cons:

La piscine extérieure a été fermée après notre réservation, nous n'avons pas été prévenu. Nous nous en sommes aperçu 2 jours avant donc impossible de réserver un autre hôtel. La piscine extérieure était un de nos critères principaux. Aucune compensation ou geste commercial n'a été fait.

Pros:

Es hat alles perfekt gepasst.Alle Waren sehr freundlich und vorzukommed.Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Unbedingt mitbuchen!
Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Damen:Alexandra die uns geholfen hat die flüge einzuchecken ,Michaela und Livia für die sonstigen Informationen rund um Barselona.Danke fürs jeden Tag in der Früh entgegen kommen und fragen ob alles gepasst hat.Wir kommen wieder

Non ci torneremo.
Pros:

La colazione era top e anche l’entrata dell’albergo

Cons:

Una receptionist molto maleducata rispondeva in modo seccante alle spalle dei clienti pensando che noi non capissimo ma ahimè siamo italiani e lo spagnolo non va tanto lontano.
Ps: siamo stati anche fin troppo gentili senza dire nulla per non creare disagio.
La camera era piena di polvere, vasca con macchie marroni sul fondo, sotto il letto a castello abbiamo trovato una cartaccia di uno snack che é rimasta lì per tutto il tempo del soggiorno, al terzo giorno siamo entrati e abbiamo notato delle lenzuola sporche vicino al letto matrimoniale (le donne delle pulizie l’hanno lasciato lì) sono entrate in maniera arrogante come se fosse stata colpa nostra.

Agréable et confort
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble. L’hôtel est vraiment impeccable niveau propreté : que ce soit la chambre, les couloirs, l’accueil ou encore le restaurant, tout est parfaitement entretenu et très moderne. Les chambres sont également très spacieuses, ce qui est vraiment appréciable ainsi que la literie est très agréable!
