Please note that a fixed deposit of EUR 100 will be charged when the reservation is confirmed. In case of reservations of five rooms or more, or for reservations of seven nights or longer, 30% of the total price will be charged.

Please note, throughout the year various events may be hosted on the exterior terrace of the hotel. During these days, the pool is open until 14:00, when it will be closed for the event due to health and safety. Guests shall be permitted access to the event, except when the maximum occupancy prohibits further admissions. Guests are advised to contact the hotel before travelling to confirm the existence of events during the dates of their stay.

The Half board does not include drinks.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Super stylish hotel in a great location. Shame reception staff weren’t friendly or helpful.
Pros:

Great location and felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood. The room was very clean and stylish and brilliant as a family of three.

Cons:

Spa needed upgraded and still had to pay. Given a room that someone was staying in. No apology. Tv not working and safe out of order. Both were fixed. Again no apology.

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Struttura bellissima situata in posizione strategica vicino alla fermata metro bogatell della Linea gialla.
personale cordialissimo e disponibilissimo ad assecondare qualsiasi richiesta quando necessario. Camere confortevoli e ben pulite. All'interno dell'hotel è presente anche una Spa.

For the area I think is quite a bit overpriced. They justified that Barcelona is expensive everywhere till tourists will stop going...

Pros:

Отличная СПА зона, хорошие завтраки, отзывчивый внимательный персонал, очень хороший номер, рядом стоянка такси, метро, остановка автобуса, минут 15 до пляжа и набережной, недалеко большой супермаркет. Нам понравилось все.

the pool closed before the closing time of 9pm - we were there at 8:40 and were asked to leave after we had already got in the pool!

Pros:

Breakfast is good value for money, try the freshly baked omelettes; they put a menu on the table. Staff there is much friendlier than the rest of the hotel.

Cons:

Pools are only accessible from 10-13h and 16-22h, but you have to pay a premium of 10eur, as they call it a SPA. The hotel should better indicate it's conditions, and not include it into the overall description and clearly indicating in the rooms that this is not included, and the limitations to the times. For electric charging in the parking lot on the 1st floor, you need to set up yet another app, instead of just using rfid-token networks of public chargers. The bathroom wasn't clean, the sink needed plumbing. Beds were not always made up, cleaning was not meticulous. Staff is only watching their desk pc, zero connection, no welcome, just cutting of or basic friendly doesn't work.

Grundsätzlich bin ich zufrieden und würde in Barcelona wahrscheinlich wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Lage zwischen Innenstadt und Strand. Ziemlich gut, sehr nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider waren im Spa 50 % der Anlagen defekt gewesen. Mit zehn Euro Aufpreis hält sich aber der Schaden in Grenzen. Trotzdem wäre es für ein Hotel, dass Spa im Namen trägt schöner, wenn ein bisschen mehr funktionieren würde
