Please note that a fixed deposit of EUR 100 will be charged when the reservation is confirmed. In case of reservations of five rooms or more, or for reservations of seven nights or longer, 30% of the total price will be charged.

Please note, throughout the year various events may be hosted on the exterior terrace of the hotel. During these days, the pool is open until 14:00, when it will be closed for the event due to health and safety. Guests shall be permitted access to the event, except when the maximum occupancy prohibits further admissions. Guests are advised to contact the hotel before travelling to confirm the existence of events during the dates of their stay.

The Half board does not include drinks.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lively hotel in Barcelona, perfect for a long weekend
Pros:

The staff were friendly, professional and spoke great English. The breakfast was good and there was a metro station 2 minutes walk away.

Cons:

Dodatkowo płatny basen, ubogie menu a la carte. Brak możliwości wykupienia obiadokolacji na miejscu. Wcześniej odmowa możliwości zarezerwowania obiadokolacji przed przyjazdem, mimo że w mailu wysłanym przez hotel po rezerwacji była wyraźna zachęta do tego : "zapytaj w recepcji przed przyjazdem o możliwość wykupienia obiadokolacji, aby uzyskać lepszą cenę". Korespondencja e-mail bez pomocnych odpowiedzi, bez zaangażowania i chęci pomocy, krótkie niepomocne odpowiedzi. Chaos w recepcji - sprzeczne informacje.

Struttura pulita. Staff reception e di sala/bar eccezionale, empatici, gentilissimi, premurosi e attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Ci hanno anche dato delle dritte sui posti da visitare imperdibili. Hotel da consigliare assolutamente. Colazione ottima e vastissima.

Instalações são ótimas, quartos e camas com excelente qualidade.

It felt like home away from home!
Pros:

The family room was a very good size with quality furnishings. The room was clean, shower pressure was great with 2 heads to choose from. Rooms were also separate with 2 TVs. Staff were friendly and helpful all through. Swimming pools were great ( sadly I could not go to the spa cause there was no second adult to look after the kids). Breakfast and dinner were good, reasonably priced and with good service.

Cons:

Fridge was not working so couldn’t buy own drinks to keep cold in hot weather.

Déçu de la prestation de l’hôtel !
Pros:

La gentillesse des femmes de ménage ainsi que « jordi » le réceptionniste

Cons:

Discothèque collé à l’hôtel, une des réceptionniste désagréable à notre arrivée. Pas de porte de toilette dans la chambre ( bonjour l’intimité) odeur d’égouts dans l’hôtel.
Pour avoir payé 1500€ /4 nuits en plus vous devez payer l’accès à la piscine intérieure.
En plus loin du centre-ville.
Nous ne conseillons pas cette Hotel si vous voyager en famille.
