Muy buen hotel,pero...
Pros:

Habitación amplia muy cómoda en el tercer piso del sector más nuevo, con bella vista...Muy tranquilo y silencioso...Excelente ubicación...Muy buena comida, con descuento 20%

Cons:

Apertura de restaurante para cenar a las 20 h...Es muy tarde! Escalinata para ingresar al hotel y también en otras áreas, que hacen difícil desplazarse con maletas de 23 kg...Area de recepción muy pequeña y que también sirve para dejar maletas en custodia, a la vista de todos y sin que te entreguen un recibo de respaldo...Fui afortunado,pero no me agradaría alojar en esas habitaciones de primer piso con vista a un pasillo exterior muy transitado por otros pasajeros...Volvería ,pero siempre que me aseguren una habitación en pisos superiores del mismo sector donde alojé...

A Room with a View
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location with views of the mountains and harbor but best of all are the staff. The rooms are large and so are the towels. The restaurant has convenient hours and the breakfast if plentiful with many choice. The wait staff and bartenders do an excellent job. For those of us with limited Spanish they are patient and kind. A very pleasant place all around. We had a very nice stay.

Las instalaciones en cuanto a arquitectura y entorno natural, la comodidad del apart, el trato cordial del personal, la higiene y la atención de todo el personal ante cualquier necesidad. Fue una estadía muy confortable. Volvería .

レストランの割引をしてもらえたことはよかった。

Cons:

リビングの暖房が弱く、エクストラベットで寝ると寒かったです。中心街から急な坂道をかなりの距離歩く必要があり、街散策の途中にホテルでちょっと休憩などは難しかったです。子連れにはきついかなと思います。

Se escucha todo
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. El desayuno está muy bien, las medialunas riquísimas, el budín también, siempre estaban reponiendo el queso y el jamón. Muy bien todo. El trato de la gente muy bien también.

Cons:

Lo malo y lo que me arruinó la estadía, lo único malo a mi parecer, es que se escucha absolutamente todo lo que proviene de las habitaciones contiguas y pasillo. Al ser construcción en seco todo es durlock y eso no aísla nada. Las habitaciones tienen muebles pesados y la gente hospedada en los otros cuartos arrastraba todo y era tan ruidoso que la paz se te iba al cuerno! Hasta altas horas de la noche se podía escuchar el ruido de los demás, golpes, arrastre, hasta las voces! Yo no tuve necesidad de correr ni una silla pero hay gente muy ruidosa y poco empática sobre todo pasadas las 12 de la noche. Debería haber una política de silencio ya que se escucha tanto por la construcción en sí. El respeto va ligado al sentido común, pero cuando falta éste, que al menos haya reglas que cumplir. Lamento esta parte fea, porque por lo demás estuvo todo muy bien, pero lamentablemente es difícil descansar. Una noche me pude dormir pasadas las 2 de la mañana por las personas que tenía al lado (incluso si alguien camina descalzo, el retumbe en el piso es in so por ta ble). Eso nada más... tenganlo en cuenta.
