Bom, mas pode melhorar muito pelo valor cobrado.
Pros:

Serviço de transfer não funciona, quase nunca está disponível. O carro fica parado longe do hotel, demora muito para chegar quando é solicitado.
O restaurante do hotel não funciona durante o dia abrindo só para o jantar.

Os funcionários são bem educados e solícitos, o concierge Nicolas foi muito atencioso.

O hotel é confortável, bem localizado mas esses itens acima atrapalharam a experiência.

Très bel hôtel
Un peu de bruit pour les chambres donnant sur la rue principale.
Manque de ventilation dans les chambres ce qui engendre de la buée sur les fenêtres et ne donne plus de visibilité pour la vue de la chambre.
Très bon petit déjeuner

Très bel hôtel très confortable. Petit bémol sur le chauffage dans les chambres qui est un peu trop élevé et qu’on ne peut pas régler et aussi les femmes de chambre qui viennent à 21h alors que la petite dort et se permettre de rentrer dans la chambre alors que l’on ne répond pas.

Pros:

I have stayed here before and loved it. Service continues to be very friendly, breakfast is good, location is great. I had a room with two single beds stuck together with no comforter on top which was not ideal, the shower tended to flood the whole bathroom floor and I didn't have proper hot water my last 2 days so a slightly less stellar experience this time around.

Germain is my man, the best service ever!!! Seriously, anything even remotely possible for him to help, he would be straight on it and taking notes!
I am used to Pashmina at Val thorens, this is a very similar type of service and quality, for Val Disere it is your best choice. Make sure to ask for a balcony when you reserve the room

Central location with good sized rooms and large welcoming bar seating area. Excellent spa and ski hire facilities and good restaurant.
All the staff were really welcoming and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and go again.

Fantastic Hotel in the Heart of Val D-isere
Pros:

Do not deceive yourself for a little Oasis in this ski mecca. Service is starting on arrival, the staff is frindly and accommodating, and help you get in place so you can enjoy the ski area. Before you are heading back to relax in the SPA. The breakfast has what you need for a good start on the day and the room are services twice a day.
