Pros:

The situation of the Hotel, close to all attractions

Cons:

The lift wasn't working the whole of our staying and we were with our Baby and had to carry the buggy through the stairs up & down

Buena ubicación, cercana a estaciones de metro y bus. También a supermercados y algunas atracciones turisticas. Habitación pequeña pero cómoda. El staff amigable, comunicación en ingles ok.

Cons:

No funcionaba el ascensor, por lo que tuve que cargar mi equipaje por las escaleras. No fue solucionado en mi estadia de 5 dias. No limpiaban la habitación todos los días. Estaría bien incluir un minibar (mini fridge) en la habitación.

Great visit. Would stay there again. Excellent value for money.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to all major attractions.

Cons:

A bit noisy but being on a busy street couldn’t be helped. Shared bathroom wasn’t a problem but would have loved a sink in the room.

Pros:

The room was decorated in a rather old style, but very clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was shared between two rooms. Given the location and the price in the center of Berlin, I was very satisfied. I recommend it.

Cons:

It might be a bit noisy if you get the room with the windows facing the street, so if you’re vulnerable earplugs are recommended

Cozy and perfectly located place to stay in Berlin

Service was a little inconsistent during our stay. While one member of the staff was particularly helpful and pleasant, on one occasion we felt that the interaction at the café, with a different staff member, could have been more attentive (she was on her personal mobile phone and looked bothered when she was asked to prepare a coffee for us)

Pros:

Really liked how everything was organized, the staff was really nice and helpful and it felt safe. Having a bathroom asignated for every two rooms is also really great so it doesn't force everyone into sharing one. Bathroom was also good with enough space.

As for the room it surprised me that It was spacious enough and with nice views. Great hotel altogether for the price it asked and located perfectly to reach many landmarks and other places of Berlin quickly.

Pros:

Wery suitable localization, near the center, 15 minutes walk to the Brandenburger Tor.
Near the hotel are the supermarkets and metro, and also the bus station.
Personel is 10/10, very friendly an smiley girls on the reception. Every day cleaning (WOW!!)
A clean, well-stocked bathroom with no unpleasant odors!

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of a stove, cutlery, or dishes, but that’s because breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m.
It caused us a bit of trouble, but it’s manageable.
