Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an incredible medieval town. The staff was incredible. Rosa Mari and Yosef were so welcoming and made our stay wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel and LaGuardia!

El Palacio como monumento artistico

Cons:

La reforma en las habitaciones es nefasta.
El baño muy pequeño en relación a la habitación.
Se sale el agua de la ducha por la habitación.
No hay suficiente atención al cliente a partir de las 18 horas se acabó hasta el día siguiente muy tarde

Location, character, staff, food were all excellent

Cons:

Bathrooms aren’t in the style of the building. A bit picky but maybe something to consider at the next refurbishment. (Noting they are currently very good, large and clean)

Cons:

The room was too small, the bathroom was nice but lacked counter space or any type of furniture to place your toiletries, and no place to hang towels. Also the.shower design is terrible the water runs all over the bathroom , it has no stop for the water

La ambilidad del personal y la ubicación. Además todo estaba muy limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Me encantó que tuvieran cafetera en la habitación.
La bodega es una maravilla también y, Youssef nos la enseñó y nos explicó su arduo trabajo de arriba a bajo

Cons:

En geneal no hubo nada que mejorar. Lo único evidente, que al ser un alojamiento del siglo XVI la accesibilidad pasa en todo momento por escaleras. Pero creo que es algo que no se puede mejorar.

Molt, molt recomanable!
Pros:

Els propietaris encantadors i Joseph (empleat) molt agradable i servicial.
Un 10 sens dubte. L'esmorzar un 10 i el restaurant boníssim. Varem reservar per una nit i ens hem quedat dues.

Pros:

Totalmente recomendable, fuimos a pasar 4 días y fenomenal. El servicio perfecto, todos encantadores, de echo uno de los días comimos ahí y bueno… para que decir, todavía me estoy relamiendo.
