In the afternoon time slot (from 17:30 onwards), children under the age of 13 are not allowed. Es waren wunderschöne Tage, die wir im Laguna Palace verbracht haben!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, und das Frühstück hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Besonders die Qualität der Produkte hat uns sehr beeindruckt.

Pros:

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji od morza tuż przy samym porcie. Kilka minut spacerem do centrum. Blisko przystanek autobusowy. Pokój dla trzech osób duży i przestronny, bardzo wygodne łóżka i balkon. Dobra klimatyzacja i codzienne sprzątanie. Łazienka z kosmetykami dla gości. Śniadania znakomite, możliwość zamówienia a la carta. Najlepsza była obsługa na śniadaniach, panie obrotne i bardzo serdeczne.

Cons:

Klima war defekt und kann auch selbst nicht reguliert werden, der Haustechniker war bemüht und sprach aber nur italienisch; Steckdosen funktionieren auch nicht alle; die Decke vom Schrankraum sah eklig aus; WC Deckel gebrochen und der Wasserhahn rostig; der Fön funktionierte auch nicht;
es bedarf wirklich mal einer Renovierung damit man auch die ekligen Sockelleisten mal mit frischer Farbe auffrischt;

Superb place
Pros:

The hotel is grand, located just a few steps form the seaside and within a walking distance from the city center. Everything is very clean. The room is spacious with a balcony incl. chairs and a wardrobe. Beds are very big and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. A very efficient and fine AC. An extremly rich and tasty breakfast. Staff is very helpful and friendly. A locked bike room on site. Tea-coffee making facilities in the room. There is a spa area with a small swimming pool and whirlpools on the upper floor with a magnificent sea view.

Tolle Lage - schöner Ausblick - super Hotel!
Pros:

Zimmer: sehr groß mit genügend Stauraum. Badezimmer war groß und in der Dusche hatte man viel Platz. Die Klimaanlage war als Deckenkühlung eingebaut und somit verspürte man keinen Luftzug. Beim Frühstück blieben keine Wünsche übrig - es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In nur wenigen Gehminuten konnte man den weitläufigen Stand erreichen.

Cons:

Das WC ist im Badezimmer nur durch eine Milchglastür getrennt. Als Familie hätten wir es lieber, wenn das WC getrennt vom Badezimmer ist.

Fijn hotel. Wel redelijk aan de prijs voor wat je krijgt, maar het was ook hoog seizoen.
Pros:

De spa was een favoriet van ons, ook het uitzicht vanaf daar is prachtig!

Cons:

Wij hebben geen optie gevonden om bijvoorbeeld wat snacks te kunnen bestellen in het hotel, slechts een drankaart bij zoals het leek een overdag gesloten bar.

Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű kilátás, tiszta szobák, pazar reggeli.
Pros:

A hotel elhelyezkedése, a kilátás, a wellness részleg, a reggeli fantasztikus, a személyzet pedig nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. 4 * -os szállodában még nem tapasztaltam ennyire pazar reggelit mind a választék, mind pedig a minőség tekintetében!
Utolsó nap kicsekkolás után egy szervezett (délutáni) kirándulás miatt estig a városban maradtunk és a wellness részleget egész nap használhattuk, ami szintén nagyon kellemes meglepetés volt.

Cons:

A kinyitható kanapéágyakat 2 személy részére kínálták, de kényelmesen valójában csak egy ember fért el rajta. (Pozitívum, hogy a franciaágy viszont nagy és kényelmes volt)
A légkondícionálást +/- 3 fokkal lehetett odébbállítani, mint az eredetileg beállított, így kb. 26-27 fok volt a szobában nappal, amikor néha muszáj volt nyitogatni az erkélyajtókat és nem volt egész nap behúzva a függöny. (Éjszakára kicsivel lejjebb ment) Nem volt kibírhatatlan, de 1-2 fokkal hűvösebb jobban esett volna.

Das Hotel war sauber, modern und das Personal war sehr freundlich.
