Access to the Pool Spa for children aged 0 to 12 is between 08:00-17:30, after having filled out the "minor policy" release. Minors must always be accompanied by a parent. The Pool Spa time slots can be booked in advance at the following times: 8:00-20:00, in compliance with social distancing rules. In the afternoon time slot (from 17:30 onwards), children under the age of 13 are not allowed. It is mandatory to take a shower before diving into the Pool Spa.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pleasant stay. Junior suite room was very comfortable.
Pros:

Our room was spacious. Big balcony. Great views.

Cons:

The staff could be more helpful. We weren’t allowed to leave our car in the parking lot for two hours after check‑out, and finding a parking spot in the area is almost impossible. A few things in our room didn’t work: two outlets and one lamp.

Pros:

朝ごはんが充実していて、スタッフも丁寧。
部屋も広くて、プールからの眺めも良い。

Cons:

チェックインの時のスタッフの対応がイマイチでした。
駐車場を予約していたのに、すぐに対応してくれず時間が無駄になった挙句、近くのパーキングに停めて支払いをしてから、用意出来ましたと電話が来た。残念。

A szállás tiszat és kényelmes, a személyzet pedig kedves és segítőkész volt.
