Perfect one night stay with a terrace in the sun and views of the city.
Pros:

Excellent location for visit to the Alhambra, amazing views, lovely food. The staff are all very friendly and speak perfect English to help with directions etc. There is a little bus that runs direct into the centre from right outside the hotel.

Al principio todo bien y al final muy mal, desapareció mi monedero de la habitación.
Pros:

Aunque esté lejos del centro y a unas cuestas importantes, el hotel está bien porque te regala unas vistas muy bonitas. Pero si quieres estar en el centro y vivir la ciudad, no me quedaría aquí porque no es cómoda su ubicación.

Cons:

He tenido una muy mala experiencia. Regresamos de un evento en la madrugada y la habitación tenía una llave puesta donde puedes encender las luces y ya me pareció extraño, pues horas después, me di cuenta que mi monedero había desaparecido de la habitación con mi DNI, tarjetas de crédito y efectivo. He tenido que irme corriendo a la policía a hacer la denuncia con el riesgo de no poder volar de vuelta, ya que mi vuelo era ayer mismo, una situación bastante estresante. Al quejarme en recepción, se desentendieron totalmente diciéndome que si aparece me avisan. Me parece un tema grave que esto ocurra y que ni se preocupen en solventarlo. Booking está respondiendo muy bien con la gestión. Así que esperamos que el hotel tenga la decencia de hacerse responsable de este hecho.

Hotel mit beeindruckender Aussicht.
Pros:

Hotel in ruhiger Lage mit beeindruckender Aussicht auf Granada. Fussläufig ist die Alahambra erreichbar, so man auch das Glück hatte eine Eintrittskarte zu ergattern, um diese besuchen zu können. Frühstück wird serviert war schmackhaft und ausreichend.

Cons:

Schwierige Parkplatzsituation.

Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön und das Personal so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die 2 Nächte werden uns lange gut in Erinnerung bleiben.

Cons:

Leider ist das Zimmer nicht sooo gut schallisoliert,so dass man alles von den anderen Räumen mithört. Wäre das nicht gewesen, hätten wir 10 von 10 Punkten gegeben:)
