Pros:

バスルームに備え付けのヒートパネルが洗濯物を乾かすのにとても役立った。

Cons:

スタッフが不親切。シャワーの温度も水圧もひどく低くかったため翌朝マネージャーとおぼしき中高年の男性に修理を頼んだら大変失礼な無責任な対応。結局多少は改善したが満足できるものではなく、他のスタッフは若い女性ばかりで泊まり客に親身になって解決する姿勢は誰にもなかった。初日にcheck inしたときの若い男性だけが親切だった。

Beau séjour dans un hôtel charmant et propre.

Less than we expected. Spa price crazy? Won’t be back.
Pros:

We stay overnight in Nancy all the time. Once ‘Le Prelats’, this hotel is in a greasy location but, there are better hotels for less money just up the main rue Saint George’s. Happiculture! Says it all!

Cons:

The breakfast area is cramped and not user friendly. The spa is a crazy extra price. You’d be better spending €2 each on a tram and going to Nancy Thermal €40 for two hours of bliss.

Elegant design, but poor soundproof

Location, interior design, cleanliness, the breakfast room facing the inner garden.

Cons:

The soundproof between the room and the corridor is poor. The location of the bed with its pillow right against the corridor wall is not a good idea. Could not sleep well even with earplugs.

Il fascino della letteratura
Pros:

Hotel ricco di fascino e storia ubicato in pieno centro, accanto alla cattedrale. L'edificio è stato molto ben restaurato e risulta accogliente e confortevole. Colazione eccellente nello splendido giardino d'inverno. Delizioso il salottino letterario al mezzanino dedicato a Stendhal, come peraltro tutto l'hotel e le camere.

Das Hotel ist einem 4-Sterne Haus unwürdig.
Cons:

Falsche Angaben in der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab für das Comfortzimmer Nr.105 (17qm) keinen Blick zum Garten, Stadt oder Innenhof, sondern nur auf ein hässliches Dach aus Teerpappe.
Die Klimaanlage ist absolut unterdimensioniert und das Zimmer kühlte nicht ab. Öffnete man das Fenster war ein unerträgliches Brummen zu hören.
Das Frühstück war tlw. lieblos vorbereitet wie z.B. verschieden Käsesorten übereinander gestabelt, Wurst verklebt als Klumpen.
Rezeption ging nicht auf unsere Kritik ein, sondern man wollte uns ein Classiczimmer mit 11 qm als Austausch zum gleichen Preis anbieten.
