Primavera Mini Hotel

Loved my stay here. Host was very helpful and gave me heaps of great advise and tips on the best places to eat.
Room was beautiful with everything I needed.
As a solo traveler I felt very safe and comfortable here.
Would love to come back.

Very central, location, immaculately clean with a very good size room, comfortable bed with good quality bed linen and a great shower. The customer care was excellent and the manager made you feel very welcome and was very helpful with local recommendations. There was courtesy cold water and making tea and coffee facilities in the room. The only thing was that tbe hotel has no lift but I was helped with my luggage. You get lovely views from the beautiful top terrace ideal for an ‘al fresco’ drink. It was a very comfortable two nights in the very heart of Perugia. I really recommend this small and cosy hotel.

Albergo familiare dal 1949. Proprietarie gentilissime e disponibili. Il palazzo si trova in pieno centro storico, con vista panoramica. Camera silenziosa, pulita, letto comodo, molte accortezze (acqua fresca, mini frigo, bollitore e tisane, caffè, condizionatore portatile e ventilatore). In due passi si raggiunge la piazza principale e il corso Vannucci. La mia camera era minuscola, ma dotata di ogni comfort e pulitissima. Mi sono sentita in un nido sui tetti di Perugia. A due passi dalle scale mobili che partono dalla fermata del mini metro.

Accogliente, pulito, in un fascinoso vicolo del centro storico in posizione strepitosa (a due passi da Piazza IV Novembre e Corso Vannucci). Gentilissimi i proprietari.

Posizione, arredi, pulizia. Tutto ok.

La terrazza è il vero punto forte della struttura, oltre alla gentilezza e alla cordialità degli host. Ritornerò assolutamente!

La stanza era pulita, ben illuminata e la doccia molto comoda da usare.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting in an old building in the centre of Perugia. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I was given a warm welcome when I arrived. The area was quiet at night, and the location is great for exploring Perugia.

Die Besitzerin war äusserst nett. Die Kommunikation sehr effizient. Das Zimmer entsprach den Bildern. Wer kann sollte sich das Dachzimmer nehmen. Herrliche Aussicht. Mitten im Zentrum - ideal gelegen.

What a lovely place! I want to especially call out the hospitality and kindness of Chiara, and her husband, who made sure I felt so comfortable staying there - particularly as a solo female traveller. From carrying my bags up the stairs to booking me a taxi, giving me recommendations for things to see and do - they really went above and beyond. The room itself was clean, comfortable and the shower in particular was amazing! Would strongly recommend a stay here for anyone who is visiting Perugia.
