Posizione centralissima, molto silenzioso, pulizia accurata ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani. Si poteva acquistare extra colazione al bar ma non è stato necessario visto che in camera era inclusa macchinetta Bialetti con selezione di capsule ogni mattina, bollitore con varietà di tè, tisane, ecc. frigo con bottigliette di acqua e da mangiare brioche confezionate e fette con differenti gusti di marmellatine. Proprietaria cortese e disponibile. Per un 3 stelle davvero ottima qualità-prezzo.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful hotel in the perfect location with a wonderful staff.
Pros:

This room was beautiful, extremely comfortable with an incredible view. The host was so friendly and helpful. She gave me recommendations for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The property is right at the top of a set of escalators from the mini metro, and a super short walk to the main piazzas. Overall, the experience staying at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.

Cortesia, pulizia, dotazioni gratuite della camera (acqua, caffè, the, merendine). La camera ha tutto ciò che serve e la proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

L'unico difetto è che purtroppo ci sono tante scale ma il problema è strutturale, e non risolvibile. Peraltro è specificato nella descrizione della struttura quindi va riconosciuta l'onestà della gestione.

La struttura si trova nel centro storico, posizione ottimale per conoscere le attrazioni più belle della città. Chiara è stata gentilissima, appena arrivati ci ha permesso di scegliere la stanza che più ci piaceva tra quelle disponibili, abbiamo così soggiornato nella camera con terrazzino che gode di una vista spettacolare su Perugia. Ci ha anche suggerito diversi locali dove mangiare. Camera pulitissima e molto confortevole. Il letto regolabile con telecomando è stato una vera chicca: comodità totale! Presenti termosifoni e condizionatore. La colazione non è prevista, ma Chiara offre comunque marmellate, croissants e fette biscottate,oltre al bollitore per il the. Disponibili ogni GG gratuitamente anche una bottiglietta di acqua naturale e una frizzante gratis a testa. Struttura bella e gestita in modo impeccabile.Ti senti davvero coccolato. La consiglio e ci tornerei.

Albergo in posizione centralissima ma altrettanto silenziosa. In pochissimi minuti si è nella piazza centrale di Perugia e nel corso. Un plauso alla gentilezza della host, che mi ha anche saputo consigliare un ottimo posto per mangiare. Peccato essere stata solo una notte!
