Check-in rapid, personal foarte primitor, iar micul dejun satisfăcător.
Camera arata bine ,paturile sunt confortabile dar curatenia este o problema

Cons:

Totuși, camera și baia nu corespund unui hotel de 4 stele: rosturi înnegrite, silicon deteriorat, capacul toaletei se mișcă. Covorul nu a fost aspirat deloc existand par si resturi mici de mancare , lampa avea praf, lenjeria avea pete, iar frigiderul nu era curățat . Televizorul funcționa doar cu câteva programe.
Per total, experiență sub așteptări pentru 4 stele, dar personalul și check-in-ul au fost puncte pozitive.Știu că munca în Housekeeping este foarte grea și solicitantă, însă un mic ajustaj în organizare poate face o mare diferență. Dacă, pe lângă procesul standard de curățare a camerelor, s-ar introduce zilnic un „job al zilei” dedicat punctelor critice și urgente din băi și camere (ex.: rosturi, silicon, pete, praf, verificarea capacelor, frigiderul, aspirarea completă), camerele ar ajunge mult mai ușor la nivelul de performanță cerut pentru un hotel de 4 stele.
Acest pas nu doar îmbunătățește calitatea curățeniei, dar ajută și echipa, pentru că oferă o direcție clară asupra celor mai importante zone care trebuie verificate zilnic.

Cons:

Grölende Polnische Auto Sport Gruppe, die, trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung, ab 8.00 Uhr und dann alle 2 Stunden bis 4.00 Uhr Krach und Gepolter veranstaltet haben. Meine Frau hat keine Minute geschlafen. Dann mussten wir um 5.Uhr aufstehen um zum Flughafen zu gehen.

False advertising and the most uncomfortable hotel
Pros:

Conveniently located close to the airport.
Breakfast was included so it was also convenient.
Unfortunately that's where the positives end.

Cons:

The shuttle advertised for the property, the main reason why I booked this hotel, doesn't seem to exist. When trying to arrange it before my flight was advised it would cost 20 EUR per person and the front desk staff was insistent that I get a taxi from the airport instead. I asked if they could arrange the taxi for me as we were landing at 1am and would not have cash on us so needed to ensure the taxi driver would take card. The front desk said yes and on our arrival there was no taxi. We had to hail our own, who also didn't want to take us to the hotel as it was too close to be worth his while. We had to pay him in GBP. When arriving to the hotel the front desk said he had no notes about arranging a taxi. Terrible service.

To top it all off, the mattresses were derelict with stuffing coming out of them. The toilet in my room was dirty despite having the 'hygene seal' thing on top and it didn't flush!! I had the worst night in this hotel. AVOID.
