It was really hot in the room over the night had air-conditioning didn't get and remote for the air-con receptionist not even try to find and give it to us so is was disappointing.
The hotel is conveniently located, the breakfast is good, and the room was clean. However, we were very disappointed with the shuttle service.
We chose this hotel specifically because it provides a shuttle service to and from the airport at night, and we had used it once before. Before our arrival, I informed the hotel of our arrival time and requested the shuttle service. I was told to go to a specific meeting point and call the hotel.
However, when we arrived, followed the instructions and called the hotel, we were told that the shuttle service was temporarily unavailable and that we would have to take a taxi. We did so, and the taxi cost twice as much as the hotel shuttle.
When we arrived at the hotel just seven minutes later, we saw the hotel shuttle leaving for the airport with other passengers. I asked why we had not simply been told to wait so that we could use the shuttle, instead of being told that the shuttle service was unavailable. Unfortunately, we did not receive a clear explanation.
