Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausstattung und ist sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal ist eine KATASTROPHE. KEIN MENSCH IN DIESEM HOTEL hat auch nur einmal gelächelt oder auf irgendeiner Art und Weise Freundlichkeit gezeigt. Für diese Menge Geld die wir dort gelassen haben und für ein "5-Sterne" Hotel darf man auch mal freundlich sein. Das Hotel hat versucht durch ihre exorbitanten Zusatzpreise (siehe Servicegebühr von 27%) und einen komplett überteuerten Wechselkurs Geld zu machen.
Durch zweimaliges Falschverrechnen der Parkgebühr wurde ich gezwungen, mehrmals während meiner Arbeitszeit dies telefonisch zu klären (über 30 Minuten Telefonat). Keine ordentliche Entschuldigung, nichts. Wir waren sehr negativ überrascht und nach dem 3 Mal werden wir nicht mehr wiederkommen.

V hotelu se nám libilo všechno. Byli sme zde opakovaně, rádi se vracíme. Vynikající jídlo, bazény, pokoje.
Těšíme se na další návštěvu. Pro nás nejlepší hotel v Maďarsku.

Cons:

Voda k dispozici na pokoji. Při příjezdu byla 1 lahev vody, druhý den nedoplněno.

Ár-érték arányban nem a legjobb választás.
Pros:

Tisztaság és a wellness, az ételek rendben voltak.

Cons:

A személyzet egy része nem volt különösebben kedves vagy segítőkész. A szobában bekészített tejszínek szavatossági ideje lejárt volt. Emellett kellemetlen meglepetés ért a fizetésnél, mivel a végösszeg magasabb lett, mint a foglaláskor (Bookingon) visszaigazolt ár. Ez mindenképpen rontotta az összképet.
