The staff was very good...always ready to assist me with all guide information....Recommend a smaller quiet hotel with simple pleasures

When we entered, we realised it was not the same rooms as pictures and on booking confirmation, we had 2 double beds, 2 single and 2 sofa settee for 5 people but there was 2 double and 1 settee. Upon asking we were told this is it.

Rooms were clean but toilets were unbearable stinky (probably tiles glue) and toilet was not fixed with the floor so it was shaky.

One day for few hours there was no water and no warning was given in advance.

Second room with no window, opened in a storage room which door couldnt be locked which was unsafe.

View from first room window is old broken building with large commercial bin in front where they can come at 2 in the night to collect which is noisy.


Staff was nice and polite and helpful.

I beleive with a bit of effort this place can be a better place as this is in the hub.

This hotel is a scam! My room was located in an underground basement filled with mold, no electricity, no air conditioning. The front door to my room was missing the door knob. The bed sheets seemed to be unwashed. I checked out the second I saw the room and they would offer me a refund.

Nice hotel, with local style room. Conveniently situated and down a quieter side street. Room and bathroom was decently sized. Location for reaching all the local attractions was great! Staff helpful.

Abdkhadir, the host was very welcoming and helpful. Our stay in the property alowed us to see the nearby historical places with ease.

Different room was given than shown in booking, room was in bad condition, no range for wifi on the top of that receptionist was not at desk twice.

Horrible. We book 1 hotel and they took us to an adjoining hotel. See pictures. We could not stay. Management said they are booked nothing else available. I would not send my worse enemy there...we arrived there about 2am.. we spoke to management which was a waste of time... we booked another hotel and left. We called hotel.com and tried to get a refund and they said the hotel said NO.. so. We paid about 1500.00usd for a few hours... they say pictures tell a thousand words. See them. I poster all. Hope they show it and dont delete them. .. as i said Horrible. Horrible.. horrible!!!

Bad. Room was terrible.

Took a taxi to the hotel door was locked after a few minutes some one came I told them I have a booking they called the owner then they took me walking with 2 heavy bags 2 streets down to there apartments they give me the room on the 5 floor (no elevator) room was extremely cold it’s on the roof bed not clean, mold everywhere especially the bathroom

This hotel is in a very good location. Close to major touristic attractions and restaurants. That is a plus since I was staying in Istanbul for a few days only. The price was ok for the location but the room was probably the worse in the hotel. It is not refundable for a reason. I’m happy I only rented the room for one night. I called this stay “the dungeon” for the conditions. In a basement, bad condition and noisy.

Very accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. Really central and beautiful location. If you are after a simple, comfortable and quality stay I would highly recommend it

Overall it was a good experience. I would like to recommend this hotel.

Showed different room while booking and when we went there in the middle of the night they give us a laundry room. We had to leave straight away.

According to low price you got low service and appropriate facilities

The hotel is okayish...
The cleanliness is bad and the breakfast is miserably disgraceful.
The receptionist is friendly. That's the only good thing about the hotel.

The staff was amazing, very kind people. I hardly recommend this hotel. Everything is on point. Thank you so much Berce Hotel for gave me a great time.
