Beautiful and clean with very quiet and comfortable rooms.

Very nice, relaxing accommodation. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well laid out with a really nice balcony area. Pool and garden are quiet and relaxing, as the pictures suggest. Easy 10min walk to the main part of town

Als frequente reiziger is het verblijf mij uitstekend bevallen. Smaakvol en met stijl gemeubileerd. Je voelt je thuis. De aandacht en attentie voor de gast is opmerkelijk goed. Vriendelijke en gast gerichte service van prima niveau. Goede bruikbare tips die het verblijf in de omgeving nog aangenamer maken. Kortom een plezierig verblijf. Zal er zeker terug komen.

Staff was top notch, property was beautiful, room was clean and large

Hotellet är som en oas av lugn i ett annars rätt hektiskt Turkiet. Det ser precis ut som på bilderna, rummen ligger vid trädgården, omgivna av blommor och fruktträd. Vi hade en underbar vistelse på Sandima, hotellägaren såg till att vi fick utomordentlig service, vi fick många tips och då taxin inte dök upp körde han oss själv. Varje dag avnjöt vi en fantastisk frukost på vår terass
När vi semestrar i Yalikavak nästa gång är Sandima ett självklart val för oss.

Ev rahatlığı, nefis bir ekibin sağladığı konforla birleşince, başka herhangi biryerde olmak istemediğim bir tatil deneyimi haline geldi. Otelin Yalıkavak’a yürüme mesafesinde olması da trafik kabusundan uzak tuttuğu için önemli bir avantaj. Tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz, kısa zamanda yeniden görüşeceğiz. :)

Kaldığımız oda tamamen otelin bahçesine açılıyor. Camlarda tül perde yok, ya güneşlikleri kapatacak ve tamamen izole olacaksınız ya da yol üzeri oda olduğu için tüm odanız dışarıdan net bir şekilde izlenecek
Elektirkler kesildi ve birkaç saat yoktu. Telefonların şarjı bitti vs. Jeneratör yokmuş.
Klima 3 gün boyunca su akıttı. İlk gün söylediğimiz halde 'Klimayı kapattınız dimi?' Den başka bir geri dönüş alamadık.
Odada su bile içseniz ekstra.
Otelin çok ciddi bir ses sıkıntısı var. Yerler gıcırdıyor, yatak gece sağdan sola dönerken bile inanılmaz gıcırdıyor, tüm komşularınızın odalarında yaptıkları gürültüleri çok net duyabiliyorsunuz ve yol üzeri bir yerde konumlandığı için tüm yol gürültüsünü dinlemek durumundasınız.
Gecelik konaklama ücretine ve puanına bakınca tatlı bir butik otele gideceğinizi sanıyorsunuz ama ucuz bir pansiyondan kesinlikle daha konforlu değildi.

Sandima suites is an oasis of calm and beauty that surprised us. We booked the place on the strength of the reviews about the hotel. When we arrived, we were taken aback that it was just off a busy road but once we were inside and saw the quality of the room, we were delighted. We were in room 1 which was luxurious. A large sitting room led to a terrace overlooking the town of Yalikavak and the bay out towards Kos. A large bedroom and superb shower and bath area makes this one of the best places you will stay. There are kitchen facilities and a Harman Kardon sound system. An excellent Breakfast is served on the terrace at a time of your choosing. Mehmet and Çan will do anything to make your stay comfortable and are so helpful. The garden is wonderful and with its pool and seating makes for a very relaxing and beautiful space for reading or talking. You hear no road noise there at all. The main town area is about 15 minutes walk and Yalikavak is a friendly and relaxed town of good restaurants, shops and bars. We did visit the uber posh 'Floridaesque' marina once but it was not at all like the rest of this lovely place so we never went back. If I have any criticism it is that housekeeping is by request in low season. That said, the managers were attentive to everything we wanted and I could not recommend the place highly enough for couples or people who want a quiet relaxed holiday setting. As an end to our trip in Turkey, it was perfect. Bodrum is not far if you need it!

Wir verbrachten als 3-köpfige Familie 14 Tage im Sandima. Die Zimmer und die Gartenanlage sind wirklich schön und entsprechen den Bildern. Das Sandima versteht sich als exklusives Boutiquehotel und verlangt dementsprechende Preise. Leider liegt es direkt an der meistbefahrenen Strasse nach Yalikavak und das bedeutet wirklichen Lärm. Die ganze Vielfalt türkischer LKW und Motorräder schaltet noch einmal herunter , um dann in etwa 15 Metern Entfernung zu ihrer Poolliege den Berg zu erklimmen. Wir waren mehrere Tage , bedingt durch die politische Situation, die einzigen Hotelgäste. Sind mehrere Zimmer belegt, ist es, bedingt durch die Enge der Anlage, schnell vorbei mit der Atmosphäre des exklusiven und romantischen Boutiquehotels, es fehlen die Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, lediglich die Hotelmanagerin vermittelte uns eine Bootstour zu den umliegenden Inseln, die darin bestand, das wir von einem suizidalen Fahrer in halsbrecherischer Fahrt nach Bodrum gebracht wurden, und dort die Möglichkeit erhielten den Tag auf einem Disko- Piratenschiff zu verbringen. Wir lehnten dankend ab. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, das das Sandima seinem Anspruch und Preis nicht gerecht wird und es in der Umgebung bessere Möglichkeiten gibt seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Amazing attention to detail by staff at all levels. After spotting my cigars in my pocket at check in; a deluxe cigar cutter and a cigar ashtray was placed on my terrace.

The sandima 27 is one of the best if not the best hotel I have stayed in.
The surroundings are just beautiful, with lush green trees and flowers covering the gardens.
The pool is crystal blue and the seating is very comfortable with plenty of shaded area if required.
The rooms are equipped well and are tastefully decorated with fab LG air con systems in both the living area and bedroom.
Above all however the staff at the sandima are just brilliant!
From the manager to the lovely lady who cleaned our room everyday did their jobs with such professionalism and always greeted us with a smile or asked how we were doing, they genuinely seemed to care about how your stay was at the sandima.
I was even given a gift from the manager, which is such a stylish and kind gesture.
Breakfast was served to us on our balcony every day at a time which suited us. We were utterly spoilt by Murat who is one of the loveliest people I have meet on holiday. He was so friendly and helped us out with anything we needed or wanted to know. He is on the ball and uncannily seems to know what people want , from arranging your sun loungers to pancakes for breakfast. He is a real diamond .

staff very nice but the rooms are so so, a bit expensive for what it is.

A well-run yet friendly place, where nothing is too much trouble. Getting around from here was very easy, and the beautiful gardens and pool more than made up for the fact it is not near the beach. Everywhere is kept scrupulously clean. I hope we are lucky enough to revisit.

We had a wonderful weekend in this small but very charming and private hotel. The two suits upstairs are fabulous. One has a nice fireplace facing both the living room and the bedroom. Both rooms with nice balconies overseeing Yalıkavak. Having breakfast in your balcony at any time you like was great (and the view). The staff is amazing. Eager to please and kind. Thanks Murat. My husband and I had the most amazing 6 days staying at the Sandima in June. The small hotel with a very personal service was absolutely perfect for us having our last holiday together before becoming parents. The manager and staff were all so attentive and helpful. We spent most of the time reading by the pool, getting an ample supply of fresh watermelon whenever we asked. The food served at Sandima is amazing in general, and for the times we went out we got excellent recommendations and help with bookings. All short journeys we were driven by the manager which was also so helpful. All in all, full points on every aspect of our stay!

The Hotel Manager, Kenan. made the stay so good. The property itself is wonderful and the room exceptional. Location not in teh middle of Yalikavak, but not too far to walk...

We were delighted with find for a boutique hotel. It was like having your own luxury house with pool and staff to look after you . Excellent friendly and personal service in a wonderful setting.Could have been a little closer to the centre but the quality outweighed this. May be a little more expensive than other plkaces but it is worth it
