Soggiorno… bollente!
Pros:

La posizione, comodissima con la stazione
La dimensione della camera e del bagno, entrambi spaziosi e con tutto il necessario (bidet, doccia ampia con acqua calda perfettamente funzionante)

Cons:

La cosa che ho trovato inaccettabile è trovare la stanza a 31º con il condizionatore spento. Avevo prenotato per tempo e avvisato che sarei arrivato tardi, non ho potuto dormire fino a circa l’una di notte perché il condizionatore, poco potente e posizionato fuori dalla camera, ha impiegato due ore a ridurre la temperatura di un paio di gradi e l’umidità ad un livello almeno sopportabile. Sarebbe bastato che il personale avesse acceso il condizionatore qualche ora prima

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor es su ubicación: muy cerca, tanto de la estación como del centro de la ciudad. Desayuno variado y bueno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están limpias, pero necesitan una actualización: tanto la cama como las almohadas no son especialmente cómodas. Los muebles y la ropa de cama se ven "antiguos", lo que contribuye a que el aspecto de la estancia sea muy oscuro. Además nuestra habitación daba a una terraza interior, por lo que no era factible abrir la ventana. El baño es antiguo.

We had a great stay, staff was very supportive and kind, breakfast was enough and timing was reasonable.
