Atendeu minha necessidade de hospedagem individual para participar da Maratona de Floripa
Pros:

Localização muito boa, perfeito para participar da Maratona de Floripa, que saía do mesmo bairro (Estreito). Supermercado muito próximo, lanchonetes e restaurantes, facilidade de locomoção.

Cons:

Acabou a água quente quando eu mais precisava, aparentemente todos os hóspedes chegaram ao mesmo tempo de uma corrida de rua e por isso tive que tomar banho gelado. A arrumação do quarto tem um cronograma rígido que prioriza os quartos recém desocupados em detrimento dos hóspedes que permanecem mais dias.
