Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer, Fenster schließen nicht und es zieht durch, Heizung wurde immer abgestellt, daher war es kalt. Bad ist zwar irgendwie renoviert, aber keine Qualität. Wasser in der Dusche geht von heiß bis kalt im Wechsel.

We liked the little croissant treats in the room. We also very much liked the friendly employees of the hotel.

Posizione ottima
Camera piccola ma funzionale e confortevole.
Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia all'arrivo qualora la camera non fosse pronta sia alla partenza.
Colazione buona, non troppo assortimento ma c'era comunque scelta tra dolce e salato.

Cons:

La prima sera abbiamo avuto un serio problema perché suonando il campanello della porta esterna non ci apriva nessuno.
Ho dovuto chiedere alle strutture a fianco le quali mi hanno però detto che non avevano alcun contatto.
Alla fine un signore mi ha consigliato di bussare forte alla porta e finalmente uno dello staff è venuto ad aprire. Preciso che erano le 21.30.
Fortunatamente problema risolto e avuto solo la prima sera

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable after a long day exploring the city. The location was also excellent, based close to Paddington Station, while also being in a quiet, leafy area.

Cons:

The room was very small, and there weren't enough sockets or tables. The breakfast also wasn't of a particularly high standard, but it was nice that it was included in the nightly rate.

The building is also not fully accessible, and the lack of a lift is a negative, especially when having to climb the steep staircases after a day full of exploring the city.

While I stayed during peak season (December 2025), I overall don't think that the price represented the best value for money.
