This place falls well below any reasonable standard of accommodation.

I genuinely do not understand how this property has been rated as a three- or four-star hotel. In my opinion, it does not meet the standard of even a basic budget hotel or B&B.

The staff were the one positive aspect of my stay. They were friendly, approachable and helpful, and there was staff available throughout the night.

Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was extremely disappointing. There is no proper lobby or common area where guests can sit or relax. The corridors are narrow and constantly busy, the reception area is tiny, and the overall layout feels cramped and confusing. Access to some areas requires climbing multiple flights of stairs, and the building becomes uncomfortably hot.

Many of the basic facilities and comforts that most travellers would expect from any accommodation were simply not there. I have stayed in many budget hotels and B&Bs across the UK, and this was well below that standard.

I would not choose to stay here again.

Very comfortable, convenient and good value hotel
Pros:

Just 5 mins walk to Paddington or Edgware Road. Room clean, comfortable and well stocked with fridge and microwave, breakfast good and staff helpful and welcoming

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, gerade genug Platz für die Koffer. Es war sehr heiß, wir haben im 5.Stock ohne Lift gewohnt. Für eine Nacht und aufgrund der Lage zu empfehlen

Hyvä palvelu ja aamupala. Todella mukava ja avulias henkilökunta, Hotelli on hyvällä sijainnilla. Yleisilmeeltään paikka oli siisti ja kivasti sisustettu

Melko pehmeät sängyt jotka ei selälle kovin hyvät jos on tottunut toisenlaisiin. Kylpyhuoneessa ainoastaan sadesuihku, ei käteen otettavaa suihkuosaa eikä bideetä.

Klidná čtvrť, v blízkosti nádraží, metra i autobusové dopravy, v okolí spousta obchůdků a restaurací. Pokoje byly čisté, každý den úklid pokoje a výměna ručníků. Prostor sice stísněný, ale šlo jen o přespání, takže to nijak nevadilo. Velmi sympatický personál. Snídaně výborné, dostatečný výběr.

Cons:

Ve sprše mi chyběla ruční sprcha. Vrchní sprcha pro mě byla nevyhovující když si nechci namočit vlasy. Hlučná lednice, kterou ale lze vypnout. Okna úplně netěsnila, ale v teplých obdobích to nevadí. Opravdu slabé stěny, takže byl slyšet hluk z pokojů a chodby - vyřešeno špunty do uší.
