Maria the receptionist was the greatest
Pros:

Central location, friendly & helpful staff (special mention to Maria, she was willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and stress-free). Will come back here in the future.

Cons:

I booked/requeated a double room, instrad we got a double bed room instead. The rooms are not large, however you get ehat you pay for.

Pros:

Мне очень понравилось отношение персонала к гостям. Гостеприимный персонал, сервис с индивидуальным подходом. Меня заселили на несколько часов раньше, чем официальный чек-ин, что подарило мне больше часов для экскурсий по городу!

Cons:

Cand am ajuns la locatie mi s-a spus ca nu am rezervare, cu toate ca le-am aratat confirmarea. A trebuit sa insist sa mi se ofere o camera, nu mi s-a propus nimic. Am achitat pentru 2 nopti, dar un angajat a venit in prima zi la ora 12, ni s-a adresat in limba rusa si foarte nepoliticos a zis sa parasim camera. I-am spus ca e achitat pentru 2 nopti, nu pentru una. A zis ca se clarifica ,iarasi in rusa, fara nici o scuza.
Cei care stateau in camera alaturata au facut zgomote pana dimineata.
Ca sa poti privi televizorul acolo, trebuie doar sa fie conectata lumina. Cand stingi lumina, iarasi, se deconecteaza si frigiderul si pana dimineata mancarea se altereaza. Telefonul nu il poti incarca, ca si prizele nu funtioneaza. Wifi nu se putea conecta si am folosit wifi de la telefonul propriu. Experienta neplacuta, incepand cu angajatii si terminand cu facilitatile.

Впечатление - неудовлетворительное. Никому не рекомендую!
Cons:

Завтрака нет. Номер старый, пошарпанный, прокуренный, ремонт древний в стиле 90-х годов, выходит на дорогу. Санузел вымыт плохо. Нас было 2 человека, а полотенец - 1 комплект. Все какое-то убогое. Лифта нет!!! На 3-й этаж с чемоданами подымались по узкой, витой и скользкой лестнице. Общее впечатление - недорогая ночлежка, а не отель!

Все было хорошо. Но в номере на 2х человек оказалось только 1 большое и 1 маленькое полотенце. А так всё отлично
