Ideale Lage, freundliche Personal, aber NICHT Allergiker freundliche Zimmer

Personal war freundlich. Lage war ideal (Friedhof). Warm Wasser in der Dusche

In der Beschreibung steht es, dass das Zimmer Allergiker freundlich ist. Zweimal habe ich eine Nachricht geschrieben, dass es nett wäre wenn ich Allergiker freundlich Bettsachen haben könnte. Aber trotzdem gab es nur Federbetten! Hallo! Wie kann man ein Zimmer als Allergiker freundlich beschreiben wenn man nur Federbetten anbieten kann! Haben Sie nicht von Synthetisch gehört??? Und warum müssen Kopfkissen immer so riesig sein??? Man sollte auch in der Lage sein, HORIZONTAL zu schlafen!

Goede uitvalbasis voor de Bremer City.
Pros:

Vlotte check in en out. Kamer voldeed aan verwachtingen. Schoon, groot genoeg en heerlijk rustig.

Cons:

Ontbijt in verhouding zeer duur, bed aan de harde kant. Geen lift naar de kamers op de bovenste verdiepingen.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, schöne Lage und gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV. Ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr mager, kein Obst außer eine Schale Äpfel, Aufbackbrötchen, keine Rühreier etc. es haben einfach Basics gefehlt. Das war vor 10 Jahren anders, klar das ist eine lange Zeit, aber ich habe das Hotel gebucht, weil ich vor 10 Jahren absolut begeistert war. Die Zimmer sind veraltet, aber das ist alles in Ordnung, da trotzdem super sauber, aber das Frühstück ist wirklich (es kostet immerhin 13,00 €) ganz unterstes Niveau. Auf Nachfrage nach mehr Obst, kam dann auch die Antwort: "es wird immer schlecht und vorbereiteter Obstsalat würde auch schlecht" (meiner Erfahrung nach ist Obstsalat immer leer in anderen Hotels) und außerdem müsste man sich auch nach den Wünschen der anderen Gäste richten. Diese Aussage hat mich sehr verwirrt, weil was wollen die anderen Gäste? Weniger Obst? Und warum sind diese Wünsche wichtiger als meine... ??? Naja, wie gesagt ich bin einfach sehr enttäuscht im Hinblick auf das was 2015 noch an Service möglich war.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen
Pros:

Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr nah zur Straßenbahn, aber in der Seitenstraße sehr ruhig gelegen. Mein Auto stand in der Silvesternacht am Straßenrand, überhaupt kein Problem.

Günstiges Hotel in super Lage und mit sehr nettem Service.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels Heldt ist wirklich prima. Nahe an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und auch mit dem PKW gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und die Mitarbeiter super nett.

Our room was in a different building.
Had to wait for a receptionist to check in for good 15mins as no one was there.
Very poor breakfast. Few types of bread, salami and two types of cheeses. Boiled eggs, some yoghurts. No hot food
