Pros:

Wir waren nicht das erste mal hier & es war wie immer, sehr angenehm. Da wir das erste mal bei Schnee da waren, war dies besonders schön. Aber auch das unser 4 Beiner sehr wilkommen ist, ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück war wie immer sehr lecker!!

Da gab es tatsächlich nichts, was ich mich gerade erinnern könnte.

Pros:

Top-Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception, superfeines Frühstücksbuffet und und und.... wir kommen jedes Jahr immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Die Zimmer gegen die Strasse sind etwas laut..... vorallem wenn die Nachtschwärmer unterwegs sind ;-)

Clean with friendly staff, but overpriced for quality (consider as a 3 star hotel). Also, not ski-in, ski-out as claimed
Pros:

The hotel was well located in town, and has a small parking lot available for a fee.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They really made the stay enjoyable.

The hotel and rooms were clean.

Cons:

The property is not a true “ski-in-ski-out” as you had to walk to a bus stop to take a shuttle to the lifts. The hotel prohibits walking inside with ski boots on, but the ski locker is in the basement and the only elevators are inside, meaning you have to unnecessarily walk around to the back of the hotel and down flights of stairs to get to the ski locker.

Overall, this hotel is not a four-star hotel and, although enjoyable, overpriced for its value.

Really exceeded our expectations and overall would really recommend it to other travellers.
Pros:

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Much bigger than usual in a hotel. Beds extremely comfortable.
Lovely spa and swimming area
Amazing breakfast buffet.
Lovely sun terrace with beautiful views of the mountains
Most of the staff very friendly and helpful.
Everywhere is very clean and well maintained
The Heidi stubli is very cosy and a lovely place to eat

The outdoor hot tub is not hot enough so slightly disappointing
