We loved the spa and the breakfast

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und grosszügiges Zimmer. Schöner Wellnessbereich, gutes Frühstück, gutes Abendessen. Soweit absolut stimmig.
Das Hotel ist unterdessen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt ein paar Sachen, da sieht man, dass wenig investiert wurde. Unschön sind die mit Planen abgedeckten Sachen auf der Terrasse, direkt vor dem Essraum. Und erstaunt waren wir auch ziemlich, am ersten Abend keinen Tisch mehr zu bekommen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man nicht reservieren müsste als Hotelgast…

Feines Frühstück, frisch und schön präsentiert
Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer
Kühlschrank wurde sep. ins Zimmer gebracht. Dieser war jedoch innen verschimmelt und roch fürchterlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher spärlich.
Mooie ruime kamer, met voldoende kastruimte en fraai uitzicht op de bergen. Bedden waren goed.
Omdat bij het hotel elke keer bijgebouwd is was het lastig om je te oriënteren. Wij waren vaak aan het dwalen of zaten weer op de verkeerde verdieping of verkeerde gebouw. Maar personeel was vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen.

Great location and breakfast
The restaurant reservations in advance and parking reservations didn’t work so we had a large group of 13 with nowhere to eat on the first evening as well as too few garage parkings
Es war ruhig und sehr angenehm
Einmal meinte der Kellner wir sollen ein anderes Restaurant suchen wo wir draußen sitzen können und einmal kamen wir um halb vier zurück Zimmer war noch nicht gemacht. Das Zimmer Mädchen meinte es sei eben so sie hätte bis 16:00 Zeit zum machen das war beides nicht so schön.
Hotel, alles was dabei war, coole Pool's, nettes Personal, gutes Essen usw.
Nichts offensichtliches
Zentrale Lage in der Lenzerheide. Tolles Sole Sprudelbad. Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto. Schöne Aussenterrasse mit genügend Schatten.
Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstrasse, Verkehr war unüberhörbar. Zimmer nicht klimatisiert. Kinderspielzimmer öffnet erst um 11.00 Uhr, wäre hilfreich zur Frühstückszeit.
