Einfach perfekt, herzlichen Dank!

Einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich hatte mir den Frühstücksbeginn um 07.00 Uhr gemerkt und bekam Kaffee bereits um diese Zeit, obwohl das Frühstücksbuffet erst um 07.30 Uhr öffnet - tolle, freundliche Bedienung - Top Dienstleistung

Alles Perfekt es wird uns in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben.

Das Hotel und die Unterkunft war hervorragen, Auch das Frühstück haben wir genossen,
rundum wir haben in Lenzerheide ein Paar sehr schöne Tagen verbracht.
Möglicherweise wenn wir wieder Kommen dann das selbe Hotel haben wir auf den Plan

Cons:

Leider fällt mir nichts ein, das Wetter war ausgezeichnet
dies war natürlich einen Glücksfall .

La camera molto carina e moderna, con vista splendida sulle montagne, la posizione centrale, il personale gentile.
Molto carina l'idea della cartolina in regali da inviare a loro costo.
Ottima colazione.

Cons:

L'unica cosa che ho trovato strana è che nella mia camera non c'era il porta carta igienica e l'ho trovata una cosa strana per un 4 stelle.

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang und grosszügiges Zimmer. Schöner Wellnessbereich, gutes Frühstück, gutes Abendessen. Soweit absolut stimmig.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist unterdessen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt ein paar Sachen, da sieht man, dass wenig investiert wurde. Unschön sind die mit Planen abgedeckten Sachen auf der Terrasse, direkt vor dem Essraum. Und erstaunt waren wir auch ziemlich, am ersten Abend keinen Tisch mehr zu bekommen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man nicht reservieren müsste als Hotelgast…

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Kühlschrank wurde sep. ins Zimmer gebracht. Dieser war jedoch innen verschimmelt und roch fürchterlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher spärlich.

Heerlijk verblijf in een mooi stukje Zwitserland
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer, met voldoende kastruimte en fraai uitzicht op de bergen. Bedden waren goed.

Cons:

Omdat bij het hotel elke keer bijgebouwd is was het lastig om je te oriënteren. Wij waren vaak aan het dwalen of zaten weer op de verkeerde verdieping of verkeerde gebouw. Maar personeel was vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen.
