Pros:

The hotel only accepts cash up front when checking in, no credit or debit card allowed. I was not fully aware of this so ended up going to multiple ATMs in Madrid looking for one that would accept my card.

Free breakfast is a cup of coffee or tea and a biscuit.

During my stay over three nights, my room was never cleaned.

No choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms. My room had an ashtray in it an reeked of cigarettes.

Habíamos solicitado una habitación con dos camas y nos pusieron una cama de matrimonio .para subir a la habitación nos situaron en el ático .mal acceso.la habitación olía muchísimo a tabaco.
Demasiado caro .para lo que ofrecen .el desayuno ...no tienen cafetería .es en una sala .me pareció un poco mediocre.para lo que pagamos.

Péssimo hotel, o quarto tinha um mal cheiro de cigarro que parecia que a camareira acendia o cigarro e soltava toda fumaça dentro para quando a gente chegar, muito forte o cheiro de cigarro, a ducha saia água por todo lado, não tinha café da manhã, eles entregaram uns biscoitos. Péssima experiência e caro pelo que o hotel oferece. Pior experiência que tive

Clean and semi quiet. Rooms are small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very busy. I would stay there again if I were by myself and in transit.

Fin service af personale. Virkelig kvalmende værelse der stinker af røg. Som om der er røg i væggene. Varm luft fra aircondition. Enormt dyrt til prisen.

Buen precio mas o menos bien situado y lo tienes todo cerca (siempre y cuando cojas el bus o metro) lamentablemente no aceptan tarjetas cosa que me parece mal y las camas solo tenían una sabana para taparse lo cual a ciertas horas de la noche es insuficiente, todo lo demas perfecto.
