Pros:

Месторасположение нам было приемлемо.Еда в главном ресторане за ваши деньги достаточно вкусная.

Cons:

1.Чистота.Мохровая паутина на балконах в номерах,в главном ресторане в углу мансардных окон.
2.Комфорт.Из 4 ночей,что мы были там,3 ночи до 22:00 гуляли свадьбы(это учитывая,что были будние дни),а до 23:30-00:00 ещё был шум и гам,но уже без музыки,и всего одну ночь удалось поспать нормально.
3.Решение вопросов.У нашего номера был сопряжён балкон с балконом администратора/директора/управляющего,не знаю кто он.У него на балконе стоит зачем то датчики движения возле лампочки на потолке и постоянно ночью "световое шоу"(дискотека),нам в окно лупило,достаточно ярко.4дня я просила это исправить на ресепшене,но в итоге управляющий сказал"я ничего с этим делать не буду и не могу".
4.Лифт.2 раза безумным лифтом зажало моих детей,3 раза меня зажало.Лифт открывается, мы начинаем выходить и тут он резко закрывается.
5.Номера.То телевизор не работал-позвали,исправили.Дверной внутренний замок не закрывал-позвала,исправили.То дверь не закрывалась(не блокировался электронный замок),вызвала с ресепшена,меня убедили,что надо подождать и закроется...Прошло 20 минут так и не закрылся.Вызвала ещё несколько раз-исправили
Нам меняли номер,потому что в нашем номере не было сейфа и знаете что?Год назад мы были в этом же номере и сейфа там не было.Мы тогда сказали об этом и как видите в этом году они нас селят в этот же номер и сейфа по-прежнему нет.
6.Еда.Учитывая цену,это чуть ли не один из самый дорогих отелей Кишенева,в ресторане на завтраке ооочень скудно и не очень вкусно,яичница сухая,холодная,к хлопьям нет горячего молока,бегай проси.Чайных ложек нет,вместо них по-жлобски деревянные палочки дают,как и в номере,ножи кривые,тарелки надо бегать просить,в номере дали 3 бутылки воды за 4 ночи.Минибар платно или бесплатно просто не наполнен.
Вывод: отель давно нуждается в реновации,переосмыслении цены качества.Ну,а мы уже 5 раз приезжая к вам,разочаровались и теперь будем искать другой отель.

Un city break reusit. Chisinau este un oras extrem de atragator.

Pros:

Buenas instalaciones, habitaciones limpias y muy amplias.

Cons:

El hotel hace celebraciones todos los días en el jardín con la música muy alta, no puedes descansar ni concentrarte en la habitación hasta pasadas las 22h.

We’d like to thank the night receptionist Ana Maria and the day receptionist Sabia for their hospitality. Room was very clean, towels and bathroom was tidy and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was efficienr but could be better. More cheese and jam, honey could be very nice.
