Pros:

The location is great
The hotel is clean
The breakfast (included) was sufficiently diverse
and very fresh
The staff was very helpful and very polite
Overall, a very nice experience.

Cons:

The size of the bed (double bed) might be a bit small for couples. But as we had booked several bedrooms with a double bed, but for a single occupancy, we were fine.

Great Stay in Central London.
Pros:

Great continental breakfast. Central location steps from Earl's Court on the Piccadilly Line. Very clean. Quiet. Helpful staff.

Bathroom was tiny. Single bed not so comfortable.

Cons:

The room was very small, not ideal for people with claustrophobia. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (felt like I was sleeping on nails). The pillows were too hard for my liking.

Cons:

A három egyszemélyes ágy egy szobában nagyon nem praktikus. Nevetségesen kicsi a szoba, szinte lehetetlen közlekedni.. ha csak aludni akar az ember akkor a szállás jó, de 3 embernek nem kènyelmes.

Ottima zona e struttura nuova
Pros:

La zona è molto carina, nel raggio di 300 metri c'è la fermata della Metro, tre pub tipici nonché vari negozi e ristoranti. L' albergo è stato ristrutturato di recente ed è pulito, ovviamente le stanze sono minuscole (ma lo si sa al momento della prenotazione) e vanno bene per brevi soggiorni.

Cons:

Le stanze che sul retro dell' edificio affacciano sulla stazione della Metro che è una struttura in vetro e acciaio dove i treni viaggiano in superficie per cui un po' si sente il rumore sebbene attutito dalle finestre con doppi vetri.

Good stay
Pros:

The stuff was very friendly! The breakfast was tasty and fresh, but not a lot of options! The beds were very comfortable, and the location was excellent, just a few steps for the metro station!

The room was okay, but there was a weird ceiling situation, and because the room was already small, that thing was annoying!

Pros:

アールズ・コート駅から徒歩5分以内で、地下鉄にもバスにもアクセスが良かった。近くにパブも沢山あり楽しめた。小さいにも関わらずフロントは24時間対応してくれたので、早朝出発だったが鍵を返せて安心した。

Cons:

ファミリーの大人3人で宿泊したのだが、シングルベッドが3個並んだ部屋は空きのスペースがほとんど無く、スーツケースを広げられなかった。持参したアメニティ類を一時的に置いておくテーブルも無くそれが残念です。
