Pros:

Nothing reception is not helpful at all

Cons:

Hotel got scammed on their website and reduce the price after booking and calling them they said we can’t accommodate and solve the problem because the website got scammed go back to booking.com to solve your issue and hang on me

Location it great, less than a 2 minute walk to Earls Court tube station.

Cons:

Breakfast room was very small so not enough room to sit, lots of cafe options close by though.

Lage zur U-Bahn , Sauberkeit

Cons:

Doppelbett steht an der Wand und am Fußende steht noch Schrank, d.h. hintere Person hat einen sehr schlechten Ausstieg.
Kaum Platz für Koffer und kaum Ablageflächen.
Rezeption war es nicht möglich uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben (außer im Keller), obwohl Hotel nicht voll belegt war.
Meist sehr unfreundliches Personal an Rezeption (Ausnahme bei Abreise sehr netter hilfsbereiter Rezepionist)

Prenotazione cancellata il mattino stesso adducendo spiegazioni generiche e sostenendo di non avere disponibilità. Controllando risultava disponibile la stanza a prezzo quadruplicato, Booking ha offerto una soluzione fuori città e mal collegata, Esperienza terribile!

Posizione, super servita dai mezzi e con numerosi locali (bistro, ristoranti, caffetterie) nei dintorni.

Cons:

We had made reservation more than 1 weeks ago before the stay. It had status confirmed in the app. I received several suspicious emails in the days before which i reported. Never received any answer neither from hotel nor booking.com. When I arrive with my family hotel staff says they are hacked and that I do not have a room and I am up to my own to find place to stay

The hotel said the booking had not been received and claimed a false front booking was the reason. No rooms were available when I arrived and I was left to find another hotel that night. Not happy.
