L'emplacement
Le lit n’était malheureusement pas du tout confortable. Je n’arrivais pas à dormir correctement et je suis descendue à la réception pour leur demander de changer le matelas ou de trouver une solution. On m’a répondu qu’ils avaient uniquement ce type de lit et qu’il n’y avait pas d’autre possibilité. Étant donné que je souffre de sciatique, ce matelas était particulièrement inconfortable pour moi et m’a causé beaucoup de douleurs au dos. Je suis vraiment déçue qu’aucune solution n’ait pu être proposée

Nice position, close to the Restauradores metro stop and in the very center of the city, in the middle off Rossio area, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff was very kind. Excellent continental breakfast. Very quiet room, I was able to enjoy a good rest
The room and the bathroom were a bit small, the bedroom lacked a wardrobe. Furthermore the sink wasn't in the bathroom but was directly in the bedroom, I found this a bit strange. This wasn't a major problem, but I would have preferred a traditional bathroom. Overall, however, my stay at this hotel was pleasant.
The location of the hotel is very central, you can easily walk everywhere. The room was small but clean with a nice shower. The staff was always ready to help and very friendly.
The room doesn't have a fridge. Even a small fridge would be nice to keep your drinks cold in Portugese summer.
