Fantastisch
Pros:

De fantastische ligging van het hotel. Echt helemaal in het oude centrum Bario Santa Cruz. Waardoor alles op loopafstand te doen is.
Iedere dag schone handdoeken en een schone kamer.

Pros:

La posizione è ideale per raggiungere in pochi minuti le migliori attrazioni del centro storico di Siviglia. La stanza era estremamente pulita, il letto molto comodo. La terrazza offre una stupenda vista sulla cattedrale.

Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut super - mitten in Santa Cruz. Die Unterkunft sind wunderschöne alte Häuser, die sehr liebevoll renoviert sind und im Character erhalten sind. Der Service ist gut und das Personal super freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Bettwäsche ist schön und die Dachterrasse wirklich wunderschön.

Cons:

DIe Zimmer sind klein - das liegt an der Struktur des Hauses - muss einem aber klar sein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage - da ist das einzige Fenster des Zimmers wirklich sehr klein. Wir waren über Neujahr da und es wares auch in Sevilla durchaus kalt mit Temperaturen im einstelligen Bereich ohne Sonne - und da waren auch die Zimmer kalt. Die Betten sind hart und nicht gut gefedert.

Cons:

The price way top High. Almost 300 euro for a room with "patio view" but once you enter the room you under stand that the patio Is Just the ground floor of the Building where everyone gas to go throug to beach the rooms which means that you have no privacy and you Need ti keep the Windows closed. Plus the room was tiny and the breakfast was pretty poor. Not worth the price, at all

Pros:

De sfeer en de rust in het hotel.
De nachtrust was daardoor prima.
Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden waardoor je geen OV nodig hebt en makkelijk een siësta kunt houden.
Je hoort niks van wat er in de wijk gebeurd.

Het ruikt erg lekker in het hotel.
Sevilla is met Kerst prachtig!!

Cons:

We konden voor 15 euro pp p.n. het ontbijt nuttigen .
Ik heb spijt dat ik daarvoor heb gekozen.
Het ontbijt is karig en word niet snel genoeg aangevuld.
Ook is er geen afwisseling per dag van bijvoorbeeld het fruit of rauwkost. Zo at ik dus iedere ochtend het zelfde en dat is jammer.
Het buffet komt ook niet overeen met de foto's.
Veel beter kun je om de hoek ontbijten. Er is voldoende open in de buurt in de ochtend.

La situation géographique.

Cons:

Le personnel n'était pas du tout respectueux. Nous avons eu un bel accueil par deux réceptionnistes très sympathiques et agréables. Cependant, les femmes de ménage mettaient le haut-parleur de leur téléphone à 8h du matin ou écoutaient des podcasts comme si elles étaient seules, ce qui est inadmissible. J'ai dû leur faire la remarque à deux reprises.

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner n'était pas du tout organisé : beaucoup de vaisselle manquait à 9h30, il y avait des flaques d'eau au milieu de la salle à manger, la cafetière fuyait et, surtout, il y a eu une incompréhension sur le fait que deux hommes puissent partager une chambre. Le jeune homme insistait pour savoir si mon conjoint était venu seul… c'est ridicule.

Pour finir, le check-out a été froid, sans aucun questionnement sur le déroulement du séjour.

Pros:

Otel hem merkezi olup hem de çok gürültülü olmayan bir konumda bundan çok memnun kaldım.Odaların dekorasyonuna bayıldım,çok konforlu ve temizdi.Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oldular.Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi gerçektem bir daha Sevilla’ya gidersem hiç düşünmeden bu otelde kalırım.
