We booked this place because they said they had a pool, sauna hot tub and air conditioning so we figured we can enjoy the last 4 days of our trip. As we were checking in I asked where the pool and everything is located and they informed us that the original pool, hot tub or sauna due to maintenance which was really upsetting. They did not give us any notice or warning of this as if we would have known would not have booked our stay. Next big issue was the air conditioning or should I say lack of the air conditioning unit was set to 16 yet the room would not go below 26° and when you have four people in the room one lady who is 87 it was very uncomfortable. They ended up sending someone to try and service the AC without informing us and they wandered right into our room at their leisure with all of our stuff laid out and then made a mass and spilled approximately 5 gallons of water all over the floor and it did not fix anything. Very disappointing trip. I will not recommend this place.

Well equipped apartment in central location but very noisy at night with all the bars below and noise from karaoke until 3am

Well placed hotel within easy reach of where we wanted to go.
It’s not easy to find but we had researched in advance so not a problem.
It’s not in the quietest area but it didn’t bother us!

We really liked our stay, there were a lot of places to go for drinks or food, everything is really close so you could walk almost everywhere and the metro and tram stations were close.

Lovely appartment in a centra location everything around that you could possibly need. Clean and well kept appartment. Can be a little noisy at the weekend but who needs sleep on holiday.

Really nice place to stay middle of city centre. The welcoming at arrival at the reception was extremely professional and super friendly well done!! I forgot her name but keep her and you will get 5Stars all the time. A+++++ Highly recommended 👌

Good location. Needs a little refurbish.

Our stay at Gozsdu Court was terrible. The apartment was run down dirty and noisy. There was mold in corners light fixtures that didn’t work or were hanging off the ceiling precariously. Cupboards were dusty and doors hanging askew. Furniture was torn and uncomfortable. Everywhere you looked something was broken or dirty. The cleaning people did not show up for the every other day cleaning which was no surprise. The pool which was listed as an amenity cost ten euros a day per person, it is in fine print at the very bottom of their website, so the the staff were not at all apologetic or helpful with that. We were near the elevator and the door and walls offered no sound barrier whatsoever so from 11pm through well after midnight we could hear all the colourful conversations of people coming and going.
We do not recommend staying here. Though apparently if you are in a drunken stupor it is conveniently located.

the expedia reservation wasn’t on their system so i was left out in the cold. while i was waiting at the reception they notified by phone another confirmed reservation that they were overbooked. only saw the reception area which looks worn out, not really a shiny place like the one on the photo. the staff couldn’t manage to come up with any alternatives. i’d say very risky choice, better avoid them.

Very central in Jewish Quarter, but so hard to find. Then the apartments are spread between many buildings. Right in the middle of a big nightly drinking party with unbelievable noise until 3 or 4 in the morning. Dirty hallways where our shoes would stick, vomit in the elevator, and lackluster breakfast. Two of our three apartments didn’t have air conditioning and they would come and scratch their head and leave.

Excellent location, place was very clean and had everything we needed

This hotel is not a good location for families. It is a party zone area. Loud music, people smoking everywhere. Very disgusting! Cannot sleep at night

This is a great location to stay and go explore. The apartments are airy and spacious. I wouldn't bother again with booking the breakfast as you can readily find great food locally that is much better quality. Of the two apartments we booked one was superb the other had a few issues -I could have asked to change rooms, yet it was more convenient to get on with it as we were out for the majority of the time. I would definitely stay again, all staff are very welcoming and cheery.

No AC no Wi-Fi

Friendly staff, reasonable price and good location. Rooms are clean and modern. One of the bests out of hundreds of hotels i have stayed in Budapest! Recommended!!

Great breakfasts, well spoken staff , boutique hotel with economy prices ... so clean , daily fresh linen and spotless cleaning . All equipped for coking if you u want , but nearby restaurants were amazing .
We plan to come here again!!

Although very spacious- this is not a hotel but rather an apartment. Outdated, in the middle of a LOUD bar district, mold in one of the bedrooms, wet mop in the bathroom, 1/2 empty water bottle left from prior guest, top of one dresser had not been cleaned (had some type of what looked like hot chocolate mix on it). Bad American karaoke was heard until 2AM local time.

Property was centrally located along the Gozsdu strip, which is a very popular place for locals and tourists alike to spend the evening. A lot of food options. Hotel was clean and staff were always willing to help. Breakfast also had great options, so you weren't getting the same thing every day. You also did not have far to walk to find many of your local activities, public transportation options, or tourist transportation options. The only downside was the late night partying that happens on the Gozsdu strip, as we had two children with us; and noise could be heard up until 4am, even during weekdays. Recommend staying here again, but next time without children.

We liked apartment. It was very nice and comfortable. Walking distance to public transportation. Many restaurants and bars. We stayed there knowing noisy at night. Yes it was and we wished we have noise cancellation ear plugs but still we enjoyed.
