Bom custo beneficio em avenida com muitos restaurantes.
Pros:

Hotel de classe Turística muito bem localizado ha poucos minutos do Parque Bicentenário. Proximo a varios restaurantes. Funcionários muito cordiais e atenciosos.

Cons:

Os travesseiros são de espuma dura, demorei para acostumar porém não cheguei a perguntar na recepção se eles tinham outras opções. O café da manhã é bem simples servido na mesa.

Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very comfortable but stairs are an issue
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable, staff was excellent….but note, this is a 5 storey hotel with no elevator…
We were there as a part of a tour, I would suggest that they check age of their group and assign rooms accordingly…we were one of the oldest in the group and were put on the 4th floor…staff will help with luggage if they happen to be passing by

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Osmund, Marco, and Emily for their exceptional hospitality, though honestly, every staff member we encountered was fantastic!

The room was very comfortable, with great amenities like a fridge and microwave for guest use, and a very nice shower with some of the best water pressure we have felt! Breakfast was included, which was a wonderful bonus to start the day.

The hotel is very safe with locked doors and gates, and 24/7 reception, which gave us peace of mind. The area felt safe to walk around in as well and there were a few malls nearby. We were also particularly impressed by how the staff helped us find a doctor when we were feeling unwell. Their care and attention to detail truly made all the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting, we will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Pros:

Sandmelis Hotel is a good value hotel. It is clean, has a great staff, and serves a great breakfast. It’s not fancy, but has all you need for a comfortable stay. Security is good. It is about an 8 minute walk to the new metro which will take you to the middle of the Historic center. One suggestion would be to add rubber mats in the bathrooms as the tile is very slippery and dangerous when wet.
