Nettes Ambiente durch das Wasserschloss Klaffenbach, aber Preisleistung stimmt leider gar nicht

Das Schlosshotel Klaffenbach hat uns besonders durch seine wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasserschloss gefallen

Cons:

Leider konnte der Service nicht ganz mit der schönen Lage des Hotels mithalten. Der Empfangsbereich wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und erinnert noch stark an die 1990er-Jahre. Beim Frühstück war das Personal zudem eher unaufmerksam. Wir mussten mehrfach nach Besteck fragen, obwohl wir bereits um 9:15 Uhr beim Frühstück waren und dieses offiziell bis 10:30 Uhr angeboten wird. Auch auf meinen Cappuccino musste ich mehrmals hinweisen. Zudem wurde ein Angebot aus der Frühstückskarte gar nicht aktiv abgefragt. Insgesamt hätten wir uns hier etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Serviceorientierung gewünscht
